If you’re coming here for Mexican pizzas, don’t! They are out of the pizzas til fall!Busy. Not enough staff. But 5 stars cause they are trying and the food is hot and fresh.
Ordered 2 crispy chicken chalupas with no tomatoes through the drive thru and a spicy potato taco. They gave me 2 beef chalupas. So I went back and told them about the mistake. They remade them with tomatoes. They had to remake them again. Not only did the manager not instruct her employees to make sure it was made right the second time but when I pointed out the mistake again (I wasn't nasty), she didn't bother to supervise so that it would be made right. After all that, it wasn't good cause the shell was over cooked. The potato taco was cold and the potatoes were hard.. Manager seemed overwhelmed. Never again will I go to this Taco Bell.
Went through the drive in. Ordered 2 crunchy wrap tacos. Got home there was no ground beef in it or the hard taco. Called and complained.
Grabbing a lunch for me and my son. The only issue I had today was my Chalupa was hard. It shattered into crumbs when I tried to eat it lol. What gives TB. Anyway, got a new one and it was good
worst taco bell ever! i come here all the time and i guess they hired new employees THAT ARE VERY RUDE. the blond girl at the drive through is obnoxious and thinks she’s always right- been here at least 6 times and left without having my food. my worst experience was coming here on 1/27/22 and having them give me something i didn’t order and forgot 2 things… then when i went back to tell them she was very rude and didn’t care and said it was my fault and just stared at me like i was stupid AND TOLD US NOT TO COME BACK TO THE DRIVE THROUGH…. Very unprofessional. i will make sure corporate knows about this. i wish i could give this locations zero stars
Their drive thru menu screen is broken. When you pull up they don’t address that at all. When I asked, their response is “yeah it’s broken”. I guess I’m just supposed to know what I want and know the menu by heart.
I wanted to leave no stars, this taco is Trash, Food was cold, i paid extra for extra sauce and added an additional sauce to my meal and they in return took out the sauces from the meal even the ones that come with the sandwiches. Over Prices for a trashy meal. I called to complain and received no help but to bring the sandwich back. They purposely did not give any hot sauce. The bag was closed and as i went to check da bag they told me to do it outside. I felt like they wanted to kick me out as soon as i got my meal. The lobby was closed, seem like a personal decision to do that. Other restaurants in the area have an open lobby. Please Turn away and don't come there no more!
Went through the drive thru a little before 10pm. The line wasn't too long, but it was moving very slowly. I was greeted at both the speaker and window immediately. The staff was friendly and everything was made correctly.
This location is consistently exceptionally slow.I always avoid during peak times.Today I've been waiting for 20 minutes at a non-peak time and still have not received my order.If you see a line of cars in the drive through ever, run.
Their ordering kiosks were down, but they were doing a good job of rolling with it; just a bit on the slow side. Food was all very good, so it was worth it! They even gave us the correct sauces we asked for ???
