Placed an online order and came to the store 20 minutes later. The estimate was only for 15 minutes and they hadn't even started on mine. The worker started to make mine and then stopped to assist other people. If I didn't order online and pay already I would have walked out.
"some" service personal need attitude adjustments on how to treat all customers even during a rush hour experience. Speed doesn't always need to be necessary if the product you serve is unedible. ??
This place is NEVER open. It is noon on a friday and the door is locked. When they are open they are good and the staff is good.
First time getting subway in probably like 5 years, Google a location says open. It's 1130am. Lights all on and the door is locked.
I made a order using the Subway app for Delivery. Turns out this store was closed, app shows opened, even Google shows opened. My Doordash driver went to the store and texted me that it was closed.They already took my money so now I get to get in touch with corporate.Stay away from this trash location.
They only put on half the meat and they don’t have onions. Go to subway all the time. This is easily the worst
Ordered 4 subs 2 were correct 2 weren't able to be eaten. Called to fix the issue and no answer . Had to leave work and miss out on pay to fix the issue
Updating your hours online would be helpful so people don’t show up after you’re closed.
Worst experience ever. Just ordered 4 subs through the app for pickup. Got to the store and the door is locked, employees were hiding in the back and popped their head around the corner to say they closed.Plan to complain to corporate.
The girls did a great job making my subs. They were happy and treated all the people nice and cared about there job. Thank you
