The worker was incredibly RUDE. I asked for a refund after going through the drive thru and getting none of the toppings I wanted. She argued with me about how the drive thru system works instead of simply trying to make it right. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. Just awful!
I asked for chicken breast on my subs and the lady over their proceeded to add buffalo chicken to one of the subs even though I told her the first time. Besides that she proceeded to add hot sauce to my sandwich even though I didn’t tell her to. I felt like she was making a sandwich for herself at that point. Please refrain coming to this location!
Waited over an hour for my sandwich, which didn't taste that appealing. However, the diet coke I bought tasted FABULOUS!!!
If you’re going to be 24 hrs then do that. Sat at drive thru for 6min… only car there, actually had to call and ask if they were open, then the Mach who answered sounded like she had an attitude like I bothered her….
This place has good workers but the owner does not care about the service because they hire 1 new employee and by them self while working the drive thru also this place definitely is 0000 worst subway
just close the location down. ridiculous every single visit. if you hate your job, go find a new one. like seriously what is this. thank you for drenching my bowl with sauce after i asked for light !!
I really appreciated the level of kindness and care I received at store 7960. Polo and April specifically paid attention to details and after numerous subs eaten at subway, I can legitimately say this was by far the best oven roasted chicken footlong ever! Found the new spot for sure!!!
this location gets it wrong everytime, even if you clearly put what you would like in the notes. basic stuff too - i just want what i paid for! i ordered the pro twice, and when the sandwich arrives, its regular.
Been going here for about 3 times. Didnt notice they were ripping me off this whole time. Prices outside are different from the register. Ordered a coke for $2.19 and they charged me 3.19. Ordered a sandwich for $9.99 and they charged me 10.49 plus tax which was $11.12. Not going here anymore.
Me and the hubby went in search for one open after 9p and this one came up. We were pleased with the experience of too much mayo and too much chipotle sauce on the “turkey bacon ? avocado ? spinach wrap. Maybe better next time. It is a touch entry order to call and you pay at the window. They are thourough.?
