The vegetables on our sandwich was old, and the cookies tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. Absolutely disgusting. I called the restaurant to tell the person working about our bad experience, and he just pretended that he couldn’t hear me. ?
Literally coughed in his hand as he was making my sandwich and didn’t bother to wash his hands or apologize. The place has bugs everywhere and is very dusty. There was a spider web on the drink fountain. Will never return.
Specific request of prepaid add-on item (avocado), was not honored. Sandwich was small overall compared to historical purchases from other locations. (Subway app order pickup)
