They were quick and efficient. Though I did ask for my coffee drink to be kids temp and it was way too hot, so thankfully it was not for a kid who would not have paid attention to the cup feeling hot.

The employee had friends and family crowding the place and screaming at each other and throwing food at each other ..less professionalism .It felt like a school more than a cafe.. Definitely would not suggest anyone to sit inside.

For the past year this store has really taken a turn for the worst. Bad management who clearly doesn’t care about their employees. They are constantly out of product, under staffed, and under appreciated. None of the baristas take the time to get to know their customers anymore because when they do they are reprimanded by management to stop goofing off. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be a welcoming and friendly establishment. Too bad Tebetha ruined this one.

Honestly I don’t recommend giving this location any business. Staff is treated poorly. Starbucks is known for their energized and friendly staff, but they all seem drained. Also, working in a pandemic is no joke, regardless of vaccination status. People should not be forced to come into work when members of their household have test positive for COVID. This is outrageous. I truly understand why people don’t want to work right now. It is because of how poorly they are treated. The workers are people too. They shouldn’t be forced to come into work when they have been exposed or live with those who have tested positive. They need to quarantine and get healthy before coming into work. Their health comes before work.

I ordered a crème frap from the app and when I finally got it, it definitely had coffee in it. Tried to call the store twice and go no answer both times

There was no one inside and my wife still waited around 15-20 mins for our coffee. We came to this one because the Starbucks a Mike down the road was packed. We probably could have stayed at that one and got our coffee back faster.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop and I’m one of the loyal customers but today I was so disappointed by the services I got in this locationI had to Wait over 45 min in the store to get 2 coffees and 2 croissants is that sounds hard??I wait 15 min because I understand they were too busy but when I feel they forget about my order I asked one of the employee about my order after 10 min they gave me the croissants then after 10 min I asked about the Coffees one of the employees told me he is making the coffee then after 10 I asked another employee that I’m waiting for 2 Musiim coffe he gave me one only then and he said he is going to grab the one and he never did after 5 I was like can’t believe what is going on people came after me getting Their orders while I’m still waiting at the point I raised my voice in anger at that point they run to get the cup of coffee I’m feeling sorry I did that but they staff really really needs to get trained better than this because they represent the company but even that happened with me I still like Starbucks

An Starbucks like any other. Personal is friendly and polite.

I placed a mobile order for an americano and arrived when the mobile order should have been ready. I waited another 20 minutes and still no order. When I asked to cancel it and get my money back I was told it was being made by one of the baristas already. I stayed and waited a few more minutes and the barista who was supposedly making my order, was definitely not working on it. I left empty handed and out money.

Staff members are so nice here and they make great lattes.
