Gone to this location several times and rarely do I leave satisfied. In addition to the wait times being extremely long, they sometimes stop serving food and offer drinks only which is extremely disappointing if you don't find out till you reach the window. Stopped by yesterday for a shake and line was wrapped around the building. Figured I might save some time by ordering from one of the bays instead, since I just wanted a beverage. Pushed the button and waited for at least 10 min...no one came on and said just a min..we will be right with you etc smh. I left...won't be back!
Very disappointed with this site. Ordered a regular large drink on the app. Showed up 2 min later and checked in. Waited 40 minutes while over 20 cars with burgers , ice cream, shakes all got their orders and left. Made me late for work thinking I was getting my drink. Had to call the corporate number to get my money back. Never go to this location or even chain. If I could, 0 stars
I understand having a short staff sucks, but this sonic was not busy (2 people plus me) and I waited 14 minutes to find out they never even started my drinks. Late to work and did not get my drinks. Will be calling tomorrow for my $$.
I think they may be understaffed which is fine and understandable. However, they left us sitting at the drive up menu for 20 mins. If they weren't taking orders outside she should've told us through the speaker. My kids meals were half full and they messed up our simple order of slushies....I don't really complain about fast food but we won't go out of our way to go to this location.
Once I got there I ordered 2 shakes through the mobile app and wrote which number I was for the stall. It says your name in the bottom left and it said paid and in the kitchen. After 15 minutes it was still the same and after that 15 minutes 2 different families came and ordered a huge meal. Another 15 minutes go by and they both get their food and I still have nothing. I asked the guy and he said with a attitude “do you not see me working here, there are other cars here”. And then he walked away. Then after that another person gave me a receipt to another cad and then told me to order. I was confused and told them I got 2 shakes. Then she went back and I saw one of the cooks getting mad and it looked like he was yelling. After all that I got the 2 shakes and they were basically melted. I didn’t say anything and left. It was a horrible experience for my first time there.
Fresh food, fast service, menu a little difficult to view from the distance, slush flavor left quickly leaving the wonderful ice... but I purchased a slush. Prices were decent... will visit again
I understand the difficulty business are having finding people who want to work but the best thing about Sonic is the ability to pull up, order your food and have it brought to you. Other restaurants have found waitresses why can't Sonic, possibly their rate of pay?
The gentlemen working were very nice and seem to work well as a team. Even when one item was missing they graciously apologized and made it right.. I truly appreciated their courtesy and great customer service skills. They made it where you wouldn't want to be mad at them, they were just that great in customer service.
Very tasty and fast. Pleasantly surprised. Just had burgers and fries, but they were so good I wish we had ordered shakes also. A bit tricky to drive into.
The shakes and ice cream treats here a awesome. I've never had anything else, but if the other items are equal in taste and value, then they will be great too.
