So disappointed in this place the lady that takes orders is very rude, over charged me. For one month around lent time I was asking about a soup that they had on their Manu every time that soup was never available. Called again about two different salads that again they have on their Manu not available thats just not how u run a business.?
I ordered a combo for 4 for take out and they said the wait time is half an hour. I went there after half an hour of placing order and picked up food. It was odd to me that the tray was almost cold to touch and not piping hot like it usually is. Didn’t think much of it at first. I took the food to an event too and was embarrassed as the food was not fresh at all. All the meat in there were hard to bite into and even the rice was a little hard too.
Never go to this restaurant again I placed my order an houre before i go to the restaurant i arriaved after the time i was supoused to pick my order in 20 mins still the order wasn't ready i was told i have to wait 10-15 mins so i told them thats ok i will take what ever is ready and i will pay for my order but cancel the one is not ready so the owner answer from the back "That's even better " !!!!!!!!! Like really that's how you answer and thats how you run your business ? The guy behind the counter so rude never place orders again when u complain about the order he seems like he is the most perfect and only restaurant in sterling heights. I never leave a nagative reveiw in Google but this time bc of the chef ( owner of the restaurant ) was very rude and unprofessional.never again
Highly recommended by so many - Shawarma Time did NOT disappoint ???? - in fact it was INCREDIBLE ! The freshest , & most authentic Mediterranean in the area and beyond ?. Owners are wonderful , gracious and generous ,taking tremendous amount of pride and passion with there food as well providing exceptional customer service?
The worst chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches I’ve ever ate it has no taste of shawarma they literally put pieces of chicken
Outstanding.Recommended by a friend to try out and I wasn't disappointed. I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes home in the snow/ice storm for a what would be normal 10 to 15 minute drive, and was it ever worth it. This is more traditional middle eastern food, not your typical "Kabob ABCDEFC" house, hut, plaza, city... etc. I arrived 10 minutes late, got home 30 minutes later, platter for 2 was still very hot and fresh. The brown rice...not sure what's in it...but it's simply amazing. Not that the yellow rice is bad, it's great...but the brown rice takes the cake. Try it!I have no less than 10 middle eastern restaurants within a 5 mile radius of my house, this is on the outer edge...and this is my new go to. It is worth extra minutes in the car for how good this food is. Kudos...and I wish I would've known about this place sooner!
Very good shawarma had the chicken and the beef nigh were very good and fresh one of the best shawarmas probably in the area definitely a hidden gem
The beef and chicken shawarma were just horrible the chicken shawarma had no taste and the beef shawarma was just bad in every way and the bread was soggy. Don’t get me started on the appetizer tray the taboli had cabbage in it and no dressing at all the fatoush was bad the baba ghanog and hummus were so bad Not fresh at all .I had Guests over and nobody enjoyed the food it was so embarrassing. Hopefully you work on your recipes. Good luck
This the first time buying from this restaurant. It’s bad experience , my husband was waiting for the order about 45 minutes, also The chicken shawarma wasn’t taste good. They are pricey comparing to other restaurants. We got fries with meat shawarma and there was ketchup and mayonnaise on top on the plate , when I open it , I disappointed because It was barely shawarma on top with a lot of fries. We spend about $55 and we were not happy.
Best food you can ever taste!!! Employees are friendly and service is amazing!!!
