My favorite place to get a philly cheesesteak (better than the subs in Philly, seriously).

Best tasting submarine sandwiches I've ever had. Will be coming back here

Their online ordering is the easiest of any sub place to order from and they subs are delicious, wspecially their cheesesteak which has delicious steak spice

Yuk! What is going on. I always go to Penn Station in downtown Rochester and I LOVE IT, but the one on Metro Parkway is closer. Big mistake. It was awful. I ordered the Italian Sub and it was mooshie. The bread wasn't Toasted, it was heated. Too much mayo. The fries had fresh fries mixed with burned fry pellets. You still can't eat in there. What a disappointment!

Soo apparently this is a 3 inch sub... yes never again.

We go to this location frequently. Most of the times there amazing but sometimes they will put items i did not ask for on. Like i always get the grilled dagwood and it seems if there out of something or maybe its a new person i will get salami instead of pepperoni & once i got roasted turkey pieces or perhaps even chicken chunks rather than sliced roasted turkey. This is a big difference and i would have ordered something else had i known you were using alternate options. Most of the staff is friendly at this location. And overall the subs are pretty good.

Both my husband and I had gotten subs from here. Both subs were super salty while the fires had just the right salt. We were so confused why the subs were salty. I ate just the bread and found it was some type of spreads on it. The food on the inside, without the bread was just okay but to dry. To expensive but the people were nice and the place looked nice.

Place kind of reminded me of a Quiznos or a Lenny's Sub shop where the subs are built beyond where you can see them being made. First time visitor and I was surprised that the bread was warm but it really didn't look baked just kind of pale white like maybe some type of take and bake bread of sorts and they really didn't have many options for vegetables on the sub of the month which was turkey and provolone and I just didn't get a very good attentive vibe from the staff. For the amount of staff standing around I think the place should have been a little cleaner especially since they don't have to clean up after people dining inside.

Holding it down short staffed! I’d like to give a big shout out to the managers and crew. You guys don’t get enough credit. Always great fresh food.
