Couldn't pick up my online order at the drive-thru. Had to park, get out of the car, go in the building. Minor inconvenience when trying to get to work.But, the staff was great & friendly, order was right & everyone @ work enjoyed the Toasted Bagels.
I have not been to Panera in a long time. I will tell you they are not shy on their pricing. I had oatmeal with strawberries and a coffee. It was good. Went back to get more decaf and they don't check their coffees. It was empty and I waited but my friend wanted to leave.
Horrible service. We wanted to have a cup of coffee sitting down. They took 25 min to do two cappuccinos and at the end they gave them to us in to go cups. No sorry no nothing. I am not eating here again! And i will tell anyone i know! The 2nd star would be going to the cashier because she felt bad but nothing to do !
Great place to get the pick 2 deal had the Thai soup and the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich! Friendly service and decently fast like this location a lot better than 2 other ones in the area don’t get this way to much other wise would stop here more often!
Would give 0 stars if I could, had an issue with my order spent over an hour to try a get hold of someone but when I did I was hung up on twice. Not good customer service skills. Will not be placing any more orders and will advise friends and family to do the same.
ordered online, food got here and part of my order was missing. I've been trying to call and get ahold of someone to speak to for over an hour. I'm not a happy customer and I'm not happy that my money was wasted.
Constantly gets our orders wrong. This time my veggie sandwich had turkey and bacon on it (some veggie sandwich!) so I couldn’t even eat it. Also the tomato cucumber salad upgrade for 1.99 was only half full, it was literally 3 bites for me. The French onion soup also did not have the croutons in it or on the side like it usually does. If you order from here check everything before leaving or you will be disappointed.
Absolutely excellent. The People working were so nice! I got some great coupons for signing up for the Panera member too! They also have the unlimited coffee & tea and free til the end of the year! And I asked about a possible job for my 16yr old daughter and the GM, Heather , was extremely helpful and nice!! They definitely go above & beyond at this location!!! Highly recommend choosing THIS Panera for delicious, healthy food and great customer service!! Thank you all!!
Well definitely don't come here the day after a holiday. I just broke my tooth on a bagel that has clearly been sitting there for two days. I was supposed to go to work, now I'm going to the dentist. I could tell the bagels were old when I received them, but I was hoping to eat breakfast, so I went for it. Regretting that decision. Next time maybe just tell people you don't have them rather than sell two day old bagels. Also ordered a small hazelnut coffee, but got cold, regular coffee.
Awful service and food. I ordered and paid for my food, go to pick it up and was then informed that they were out and I needed to get different items. The bagel was so hard you couldn't even even eat it. The breakfast wrap was only half full.
