If youre short staffed, hire people in at a higher rate. Heres how that logic works: you demand a supply of labor, while demand raises, so does the worth of the labor. I chose not to spend money at this establishment despite fighting tooth and nail to get here. Thats how unimpressed i am.
$16, for chicken popcorn shrimp portion food.I would not recommend, food not good either.
1 Very rude worker was in a rush and speaking with attitude. You work in a restaurant have some patience and leave your problems at home. The rest of the workers are very respectful
I’ve been to this location a few times, I wouldn’t recommend. Ordered a “bigger plate” with noodles. Noodles were 95% cabbage hardly any noodle, order orange chicken and Teriyaki chicken. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have any teriyaki sauce until I had my order in the bag and checked it myself Also ordered at some eggrolls and they also did not give me any plum sauce, said they were out of that too. I’m gonna go to other places from now on
If I could give them negative review I would. My wife ordered chicken mushroom and beef broccoli. The guy kept on pushing her to round up her change. She didn't want to. Since they were out of chicken mushroom, it was a few mins. When she got home, I was excited to eat and guess what- broccoli looked like it was 2 days old, the 3 small pieces of "chicken" looked like anything but chicken then we got 2 small pieces of beef. This is the second time I had this experience with them. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO EAT MEAT in your meal.
By far the CHEAPEST panda I’ve ever been too!!! I’m all for weighing food but they literally under weigh just to save a few pieces of chicken or couple grains of rice! On top worker gave me a broken box for chow mein because he didn’t want to use a new one instead used one a worker just used but grabbed the wrong size for another customer and left it on the counter for him to grab and put my food in…UNBELIEVABLE!! Will be calling corporate about this issue it’s starting to get pretty bad! I’d give 0 stars if possible
Ordered a plate and got very little food. I ordered teriyaki chicken and literally got 4 small pieces. I’m very disappointed with this location. I ate at numerous locations across the USA and mostly was satisfied with food and service but this location in Sterling Heights Michigan is way below the standard.
Panda Express already has the most dry noodles and I’m not a fan of their “Chinese” food but my niece wanted it and we came through the drive thru. The best thing they have is their walnut shrimp. the breaded exterior was soggy and the orange chicken was hard and mostly breading. Crab Rangoon were just fluffy cream cheese. The mall locations are more fresh. Wouldn’t come here
Went there to get dinner for the family. Ordered 2 chow mein and orange chicken bowls and a side of chow mein. There were only 5 small pieces of orange chicken in the bowls and ALL of the chow mein was mainly cabbage, and what little chow mein that was in it was tiny cut up pieces. My son won’t even eat it, so now we have to drive some place else and spend even more money for dinner. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.
