My family stopped by this shop earlier today when we picked up some food from the neighboring restaurant. So the quality of the baklava was OK not terrible but not great, my qualm was with the service. The people working in this establishment are amongst the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I'm not sure if it was their default personality or if they were intentionally rude. I would advise the owner to keep the people that don't want to interact positively with the patrons in the back where there isn't any customer interaction, and get a new set of employees to interact with the customers, this a pure failure of customer service. I wouldn't go back here as a result of the people that work there.

Received a box of palm sweets premium baklava from my sister in laws's neighbor who travels to Michigan. It is so fresh and the taste is incredible. I wish we live closer so I can purchase this every week...it's that good!!

They have very good and delicious sweets. I always go there and the stuff are very friendly and nice, but today I went there to get some Kunafa and the old lady working there with tattooed eyebrows and black long hair tail, don't know how to talk with costumers ?. I asked her a question and she answered me very arrogantly. I was the only one in the line and the store was empty. She has very bad attitude with fake smile. Please learn how to talk with customers, and be more welcoming, I was talking to you so nice and it's not worth it to ruin the day for other people just because you in a bad mood. Thanks!!

This place offers value for money products. Especially, the cake and ice creams aren’t over powered with sweetness. Quiet a balance between texture, taste and freshness. Would visit again.

Insanely delicious! (If you're new / visiting and your friends don't introduce you to this place, get new friends)

it was a good place to chit chat while eating good food/desserts..

Best Iraqi and Middle Eastern sweets ever!

Kunafa was the worst I ever had in Michigan. Couldn't handle more than one spoon and the rest went to garbage.Save your money and try another store.

Do not go there......This use to be a wonderful place. It down the drain now. Service is horrible. Employees are erigant and treat customers as slaves. No respect.Do not buy their Baklava. I paid $12 per pound for old desert. I had a feeling she is giving me old baklava as it was torn on the top.. when I confronted the serving lady, she acted was erigant. Still she managed to put old baklava in my tray. Tasted it at home, it was truly old walnut baklava.Shame Mrs owner. You cared for your business, your food, and your service when you first opened. Now your business is established you let it go down.To the owner replyI have given you a 5 star before when you deserve it before..Take care of your customers and do NOT sell old deserts for $12 a pound. I do NOT deserve Your employees rudeness and iragency.I drive a long distance to get to your business.
