I just left this McDonald’s at about 11:05 AM and today is May 1. whoever was working at this time on this shift has wonderful customer service and other McDonald’s in the nearby area should try to model after the type of customer service that this location has. I literally haven’t felt that good at McDonald’s window in years and they were so smiley and so happy it just changed my day. this review might look a little ridiculous I know it’s McDonald’s but I cannot lie and I had to make this review immediately! what wonderful workers they are so blessed to have at this McDonald’s location.
We had a great experience at this location today. Really appreciate being able to dine in again! The food was great and the place was very clean. A gentleman named Larry was doing an excellent job of cleaning and stocking the dining room. His terrific work ethic was noticed and appreciated ?
It's a McDonalds, so... what do you expect?Why does it get 4 stars? Because, in comparison to the other McDonalds' in the area, I have yet to have a screwed up order, an improperly prepared meal, or an excessively long wait, much less mis-treatment by the staff. And, when you consider that I (along with most consumers in the area) could probably give you a horror story about any McDonalds you name locally?That is sadly a bit of a statement. Still, really, this appears to be one of the better McDonalds in the area. So, if you're in the market for a Big Mac *points* this one gets my recommendation. I'll admit, however, I haven't been back in close to a year. My arteries eventually demanded I get a clue and stop doing this to myself.
I normally have good experiences here, until they hired some new employees after the pandemic. They obviously have lowered their grooming requirements. Lots of piercings and long fake nails. One in particular doesn't have basic social skills....she runs the till. I know these places are desperate for help.....life in America.
Customer service is horrible, with very rude staff. I recall the owner and his son would always to there, they had great staff, and excellent management ". Over the years I've seen this place turn into a dumpster with careless workers, especially night crew, and please don't blame this is staff shortages.I've had several horrible experiences going through the drive through, and I've accepted the sub-par service, by not going there as much.Now drive through mistakes are greeted even ruder staff even when they make the mistake I'm told to go around for them to correct it."example 2 black coffee's they added cream" on one, I'm told to go around again. hmm. when requested to speak to the manager, I'm asked to move it, get lost.. boomer.. if i don't move they'll call the police.. shame on them...Customers service does not exists, i called the store to speak with manager, and the manager comments "we don't always get order correct.." nothing else.
I go here frequently after work and have never had an issue other than once, I called and spoke with a lady named Mary and she had my order remade, it's sometimes really busy but if you've got a minute to wait it's one of the best around imo
It neither here nor there. The sausage and muffin has gone up too high for meMine tasted like it was re-warmed. The muffin was rubbery. Wpnt be back as this is not my regular restaurant.
So the service and line wasn't moving slow but the employees don't listen well on the headsets. They got my order wrong and when I asked for my order to be right one young lady told me I had to get back in line when she could fixed it really quickly. I was only missing an item!
Was at the first drive thru speaker and watched at least 10 people get their order taken at the drive thru speaker next to us. Yelled for help a few times because we were greeted with an automated message when we first pulled up, and also watched a guy order before us. We ended up just driving off after 15 minutes. The drive thru lady just smiled at us as we drove away, I don't know what was going on. So we went to taco bell instead (around the corner), they did not disappoint.
Forget the other popular coffee shops. We love McD's Lattes and other Cafe beverages. Food is always good too. Please bring back the chicken wraps and tenders.
