Beware of this Little Ceasars, it’s not up to par. The young lady who manages the store is rude and confrontational for no reason. She will literally accuse you of stealing .79 cent sauces whether you paid for them or not. When it was proven that I was not stealing a sauce she proceeded to tell me that it’s my fault for not having the sauce up in pizza portal because her employees are incompetent. Just avoid this store if you value your sanity and integrity. What a joke of a franchise the Van Dyke Little Ceasars is in Sterling Heights.
I don't usually eat Little Caesar's but I'm a big FAN of thin crust pizza So I ordered up 1,I'll explain i get the worst heartburn from there pizza butt this thin crust was Amazing cooked perfectly I believe because its so thin it cooks allot of the grease out the pepperonis,and that crust it was awesome I'll be back ??
This is my favorite location but when I was here yesterday my pizza was very flat probably cuz it was very busy and the employee that helped me was ok don't seem to friendly maybe she was new I don't know just hope the next time I get my pizza it's better like usually is. Btw their crazy bread is always hot and very buttery that's the best part. I still recommend this location usually it's perfect at least for me.
Messed up my order and were joking about it when I brought it back to them after having to wait an additional 20 minutes past the time I was quoted for pickup already. The assistant manager literally asked "oh what did we mess up this time?!" As if its some kind of funny game they play. I get nothings perfect, but joke after the angry customer leaves... after waiting an hour for pizza with an extra trip home and back, the pizza was decent but extremely inconvenient.They then wanted to give me a free crazy bread on my next visit for my inconvenience, and gave me a hard time when I asked for my money back as I didn't want to come back to this location. Especially for just a free bread.Not a bad place if you don't want custom orders as their #1 priority is the hot and ready garbage. They loaded their oven with crazy bread, which is why I had to wait for my order to begin with, and rushed to the point where they gave me someone else's pizza, and then laughed and joked like it wasn't that big of a deal I just wasted an hour on something that's supposed to be convenient.Tl;DrThis place seems to think it's your problem when they mess something up. Go to ANY other pizza place if you're not getting hot and ready stuff. It's worth the extra couple bucks. I sure as hell won't be back.
The freshest tasting Little Caesars I've had in a long time. Hot and Ready, Crazy Bread and Salads were all fresh and great tasting.
I come here because it's convenient, but this place sucks. The pizza is never cooked completely and has a doughy taste. The pizza is made very sloppy and thrown together. They always seem to forget something. Doesn't surprise me with the crew of rude kids tht work there , always playing around. I'd rather pay more for a good pizza then less for a sloppy mess of one . This location has turned me off all together about little caesers. The manager needs to replace the crew or himself .
I usually love this little Caesars..However, there is a older women named Josie I believe. Whenever I go inside she usually at the cash register and she is very unprofessional and always has a bad attitude. Definitely not a good impression especially first thing when you order. Little Caesars replace her with the janitor.On the other hand…food is great! And a worker in the back named Jerron is so helpful! & respectful.
I enjoy this little Caesars alot, staff is brilliant and fast but unfortunately there is a older women named Josie. Whenever I go inside she at the cash register and she is very unprofessional and always has a negative tone in her voice. Definitely not a good impression especially first walked in, her mood is just so negative, i was ordering a water with my meal and unfortunately didn't have enough money due to miscounting, she replied with "well you better put something back" with an attitude. Little Caesars needs replace her and find someone alot better and more of a people person
Good pizza at a reasonable price. Definitely a good Little Ceasers location. Every time I go there, food is good, fresh and hot. If you like Little Ceasers, this is a good one. My kids LOVE IT
The Italian Cheese Bread is the best. It makes a great snack if you really want pizza, but not a whole one.
