It was my first time there and what I ordered was good. I have to try more before I make it my go to place. Normally I go to a place on 10 mile and Hoover for their Shrimp Egg Fu Yung. Next time that's what I will be ordering.

Ordered a General Tso's chicken entree, and in return got a Coke, some tea, a dish of bread and butter, some soup, an eggroll, and an entire plate of chicken and rice (there was a lot of it too). Well worth the $16. Service was great, atmosphere as well, although it's a shame the place didn't get more business. Because of the hole-in-the-wall factor of the place, the wait time for being seated, getting your menu, ordering, getting your food, and getting your bill back were all very short. Also a family-ran small business, so if you ever hanker up the feeling for some Chinese food, skip the P. F. Changs and the Panda Express, and head towards an establishment such as this. Support your local community, folks!

Great food. Almond boneless chicken the best around. Good portion size

As good or better than most Chinese food I've had. Service was very prompt and polite. Maybe the only weak area I noticed may have been that they didn't provide enough gravy with my egg fu yung order.Overall I like Lim's and I will be continuing to patronize this restaurant.

The food was strictly average, but the service and prices are not bad. My food could've been hotter, especially the rice, but I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't have time to wait for a new meal.

We used to order Lim's All the time but this will be the last. We ordered Almond Chicken & Beef & Broccoli. The meat in the beef and broccoli was very light colored and tasted like no meat we have ever had, the sauce for the beef and broccoli also was flavorless. The almond chicken had no almonds whatsoever just a few green onions on top & came with a very flavorless gravy looking dip. The Egg Roll and the chicken itself were ok. The rice tasted like oil really bad and had a few pieces of chicken and the smallest amount of egg. We do NOT have covid and that is the reason why most of this food tasted flavorless. The plum sauce was really good. Not sure what happened with the cook today but it was off for sure.

One of my two favorite Chinese joints! Food has never disappointed, and my wife who isn't huge on Chinese food, absolutely loves it too! General Tso and Almond chicken are the best!

Food tasted better than it looked. Egg drop soup was excellent as well as the eggrolls.I understand Covid has made things difficult but the dining room was cluttered like it was a storage room. Staff was more attentive to Wheel of Fortune than it's customers.Even with this lukewarm review. I would probably go back if we lived in the area.

had to downgrade my review. It still not an awful place it just we asked for medium spice and there was none at all. The flavors were so bland on everything we ordered except for fried rice. Maybe just a down day.

I have been coming here for over 4 years. I am addicted to the sesame chicken! Staff is always super friendly!
