Had a 5 star review when I started to go here 3 years ago or so when it first opened. Not anymore. .*****Mobile Application Error / Glitch -**** Manager Error (Manager - Hannah should get demoted or docked due to having poor customer service and blaming the customer for a mishap done by the company's mobile application.)*****Still good Tea but customer service has not been as good.I had placed an order for *2 bubble Teas on the mobile application, I was right outside Kung Fu Tea eating so I didn't want to be rude and bring outdoor food inside. I order the Teas and it says "Kung Fu Brewing" or whatever it states while it's preparing your order. The application had crashed on me, so I quickly went back in the app after the restart to see if my order went through. It did but I noticed it had *2 orders, 1 for my current one for 7/1/22 for my wife & I around *$13.57 or so and then there was *another which was around $18.96*, I did not make this second order.I take it as okay its a glitch.. It happens.Hannah did not handle this situation properly and was very inexperienced at her job, just stared at me for a good 10-15 seconds at end of explanation & wouldn't hand me my order until told so. Hopefully she does better in the future.

Great customer service! The drinks were very delicious. I would recommend the mango and taro slushes. The employees are all very kind. Will definitely come back!
I have been going to this location for about 4 or 5 months now and wow, I love the winter melon milk green tea with Boba. Its my new favorite flavor. This place is fast at getting everyone orders done so the wait isn't very long, even during busy hours. The employees are very sweet including the owners.
Always busy here. Had bubble tea from many places and Vivi Bubble tea is my fav. The pudding add-on consistency is not as soft as other places. Boba bubbles are fresh. The 2nd and 3rd pic are of “Wow Milk with black tea” not sure why it separated, but they said it’s cause the black tea. Nice and big set up inside. Nice menu but they don’t have as many options and flavors as Vivi bubble tea
Went about 6 or 7 times within the last few months. Half of my orders came out wrong even though I would order from the official app (wrong size, missing extras, ice levels wrong) (picture shows a drink labeled "large" but is in a medium cup. Next to an actual large for comparison) pretty expensive considering that they seem to skimp on the extras. The inside is cool and comfortable, the staff always seem nice. I just wish my orders were right!If you want a good drink for a good price that is actually made right, then go to Vivi's on 16 and dequindre.
Amazing!! My boyfriend and I make the 40 minute drive every Friday. super friendly staff and great drinks. They always get our orders correct too! 10/10 fav boba spot.
