This was the best KFC before they were bought out. They even received the chicken award of the year for their food. The chicken now has no flavor and tastes of nothing but salt. Not worth the drive.
The NH is soo good. First time here and the only thing is that the place is kinda deserted. It's take out only.
Took over 20mins for me and my man to get our food after we ordered inside. My mans 3 pieces of chicken were very greasy. My 4 pieces of chicken strips were very greasy. I got sick from the chicken strips.
After a bad day, it was good food at a good price. Not too many places you can get a full meal for $7 anymore.
This place is so dirty! My shoes were sticking to the floor. And service is so slow! We didn't get the correct amount of chicken in our bucket either. Sides were barely warm. Won't be back.
The cashier that took my order was AWESOME!!!! She needs a raise she was thee TRUE definition of perfect customer service it's been a very very long time since I had excellent service like that
Just spent $25.00 for 2 chicken dinners at the 16 Mile KFC. Absolutely the worst dinner ever. The chicken was so dry & it looked like the chicken was prepared 10 hrs. ago. The corn looked like it was from 2 days ago. The Pepsi was so flat we couldn’t even drink it. Last time for us at KFC. What’s happened it used to be so good. ?????? I couldn’t rate this food. It wasn’t even worth 1 star.

They screwed up my order. The cashier was friendly, but admitted openly that she did not like working there. The staff was confused by the orders. I should have known because when a lady walked out as we walked in said good luck.
Greatest experience of all time, the staff are fast and very polite ?
