Update: I ordered a 3 piece chicken and got only 2. When I asked they tried to guilt trip me of the wing. The 2 pieces I got were 2 different kinds with out asking.They got my order right, great job!!??
We placed an order through the app at the Van Dyke Rd location. I get the notification that my order is ready. We pull up - the Quick Pick up sign in the parking lot says pick up in the store. But the doors are locked. We wait in line at the drive through - takes 10 minutes for one person to place their order. We finally pull up to the microphone and are told to pull to the window. There they tell me that (contrary to the confirmation on the app) our order is NOT ready and will take another 45 min. Owners of this franchise dont care they should be in helping these kids.
Wildly busy and very chaotic. It felt like everyone was new and no one was in charge. Having said that, those kids were super friendly and trying their honest best. They got everything right and we went on our way. Whoever was working Saturday evening, give them a raise!

We can get it in 5 minutes if we change from extra crispy to original recipe. So I did. I placed the online order at approximately 7:38. Pulled up to the window at 7:53. Finally got our food at 8:13 (20 =/= 5). I'm done with KFC, despite the fact that I love the chicken. I have not once had success at ordering and receiving my order either in a timely manner or without errors.
I love going to a restaurant walking in and being told that I have to get back in my car and go to the drive thru. Your cash register still works even if I'm standing at the counter. If you're near Van Dyke and Utica Rd. go somewhere else for chicken. These guys don't want your business.
Talk about a turn around considering kids today don't want to work these girlsade my food fresh and darn it was good. Still need to calculate those taxes tho.
They can't count there. Supposed to get 4 biskets got 3.Ordered one large coleslaw got two.
Food was hot, drive thru person was friendly but I had ordered coleslaw as a side and didn't receive it
Carryout only. Do a survey and get a free KFC Classic sandwich. Yummy
The food was good and tasted fresh, the kid at the window was very nice and did an excellent job!
