They can't follow a simple order. This is something that has been ongoing and made me come here to hopefully attract management attention.IF I ORDER AN EXTRA SIDE AND YOU CHARGE ME FOR IT, I'M EPECTING IT TO BE ON THE SIDE AND ALSO BE ON MY SANDWICH SINCE IS PART IF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS.DRIVE THRU AT #311 CHECK #58 FROM 7/7/2022.
They literally never put the kickin ranch that I paid for in the bag and can never do refunds. I make sure to mark for them not to leave my delivery at my door as we have geese and squirrels that roam and they always do.
I used the drive through and the sandwiches were quickly made. $38 for 2 large subs (veggie and a #9) and one kids size sub that was just cheese and cucumber. They were good but SO overpriced for the amount of food and what we actually got. I didn’t know Jimmy John’s raised their prices so much so it was a shock. Note to the employees- please label all sandwiches and give the people napkins. Got a bag of random sandwiches - we hand to open them to see whose was whose.
Nothing freaky fast about this place. Last 2 times I have had to wait 20 minutes to get my food.
Had a great experience with them today. Ordered two sandwiches for delivery. Both sandwiches were delicious and delivered timely. Thank you!!

They're about to close up was putting things away. The two young ladies was very kind and made a sandwiches. We had some great sandwiches at night. They were great employees

Absolutely horrendous experience almost every time we come here. Slow service, incorrect orders EVERY time and the GM has a horrible demeanor and is borderline rude when engaging customers. And this is NOT because I worked for the company for over a decade. It's just bad. Nobody using a mayo scoop, playing radio with ads, no sense of urgency, stocking mid orders and the staff was apologizing for the manager in real time. Manager YELLING at the staff while I am writing this review. Not a good look for Jimmy John's.
Ordered lunch an hour before and didn’t receive it till an hour later. Called twice to see what was going on. The guy took care of it fast and refunded me. I didn’t appreciate have to call for updates
