Amazing customer service. I placed a delivery for next week and the lady who helped me out was very pleasant and helpful. I will be using this location for any future big orders!
Ordered a #2 roast beef and it came with two slices of meat, asked for extra lettuce(barely any lettuce). I also ask for oil and vinegar with seasoning and could barely taste that. They really know how to make a bad sandwich here. Will not be returning to this location.
I have been having a couple issues with delivery from here but tonight i really wanted a club lulu but didn't have a car to pick it up so I ordered a club lulu and chips. I added cheese. It came with no cheese and no bacon. The best parts of the sandwich. This is 3rd time I don't think I will be returning. I got charged for the cheese and for a club LU LU when all it was was turkey and lettuce and pickles. Very disappointing.
I ordered a Billy Club and half the sandwich had nothing in it just bread and they forgot the provolone cheese which is the best part. Very disappointed
Delivery is insanely slow. I work 2 miles (8minutes) away and I have yet to have an order be delivered in under 40 minutes. The quality is good but expect to have a long wait time for your order to get dropped off
Been having issues with this location over the last year. Major quality control issues on most visits. I received a #14 Bootlegger today with A SINGLE SLICE OF ROAST BEEF and a SINGLE SLICE OF TURKEY. Absolutely unacceptable, this will be my last sandwich from this shop.
Order a zesty garden turkey and I said 16-in and then I ordered a club Lulu 8-in total came up to $20.53 I already knew that the person did not take my sandwich size seriously but I proceeded to pay didn't realize that they didn't hear me when I said 16-in because alone a 16-in sub cost $20 and my total came up to $23.50. I guess nobody can hear at all today this is my second incident today with having a order taker not actually listening to what I am ordering..... And this is how they give it to you if you don't purchase a bag of chips and cookies then I guess you don't get a bag They just slap s*** on a bun or sub bread wrap it up and hand you the wrapped sub with no bag no brown paper bag no plastic bag no gift bag nothing. ??
Used to be my favorite place to eat in the area at lunch. However, they recently have had major issues. I could see their quality slipping and now the last 2 times I went to order online, they were unavailable. I tried to call and the number was unavailable. Not to mention, last time I was there a customer got screamed at by a worker. All the customer wanted to do was buy a sandwich and the stressed worker yelled "Absolutely not, you cannot order right now" and he left. Horrible service that is frankly intolerable. You lost a loyal 2 times a week customer.

We had something to do close to this Jimmy John's, which isn't one we usually go to. So we placed an order online, swung by and picked it up. Upon getting home we notice they didn't give us a bag of chips we paid for, and it was on the ticket. So I call and tell the person who answers what happened. He places me on hold for a long time. A woman picks up, I tell her I would like a refund for the missing item. She explains she can't, she can only credit me at their store. I tell her we don't go to that one usually, I'd just like the money back to my credit card. She says they can't. She did offer to give me cash, I told her it's too far for me to drive back to. Never said sorry either, for the inconvenience. I hung up. I know it's only $2 but it's the principal of it. It's not hard to read a ticket and place the things I ordered into a bag. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookie we ordered was frozen, so there's that too....We won't be going back to this location ever again.
