I have been order pizza and salads from this Jet’s location for a few yrs now and have it delivered usually. The folks that work here make great pizza (hand-tossed or Detroit style) and salads. Food is cooked fresh and delicious. They are friendly, helpful and appreciate the business. I recommend this location.
I do not know if this is the right jets that this employee works for but this silver imapla with the jets sign on the car needs to learn to drive. He almost hit our car with our kids in the car with out useing a turn signal or check his mirrors. I have the license plate if the manager is interested. He shouldnt be a delivery driver if he isnt going to comply with the rules of the road. He should have wsited for it to be clear to get over instead of cuting off traffic. I have a feeling this isnt the first time hes done this. Hes representing jets when hes out driving with that sign on top of the car. Do better.
I have no idea how you can manage to keep a bottle of sweet tea cold like it just got out of the fridge while sitting to a hot pizza but you pulled it off. Thank you so much! I was so thirsty waiting. ♡♡♡♡Edit: <6:55 pm> When I opened the pizza I realized that it was an 8 piece. Initially when placing the call, I wanted to order an 8 piece but didn't have the full amount in cash on me. I changed it to a 4 piece so I would have enough to pay and leave a tip. Little did I know, through checking the receipt, wondering if I would have to call, figure out a way to pay the amount or SOMETHING, I saw that the person I had talked to used a coupon to shave 3.99 off, and had okayed the 8 piece. That was super super nice of you! I hope you see this review. Thank you very much! Now I can use the extra for breakfast/lunch!
Best Jet's location I have been to in Eastern Michigan. It's easy to tell the owner's have their heart in the business and that customers are the top priority. The place was very clean and the pizza was exactly what I expect from a Jets Pizza! Yum!
Order salad from here and they charged us 9.99 and gave us a bowl full of bitter WHITE lettuce (barely any green). This Is either the core of the lettuce that should have been thrown away or it is Jett’s buying Garbage produce and selling at a premium price to their customer.
2nd time we've had their pizza in 2 weeks. It is one of the best we've had in ages. Tons of toppings. Will continue to go there. Thanks jets
Worst pizza ever, I ask for crispy crust. Taste like you put it in microwave after cooking it. It was rubbery chewy crust. I’ve been a customer here for awhile, this was plain awful will have to find another place. Spent close to 40.00, wish i had ordered one. First time I asked for well done but not burnt. It didn’t even taste like hand tossed. It tasted like pre made pre cooked. Yukk
STAY AWAY!I ordered a well done pizza and it was delivered charred , smelling and tasting burnt. I called and calmly explained the situation but I was told that this was how I ordered it and they refused to replace it. To think that I tipped eight dollars the guy who refused to replace it!
Stellar customer service! Thank y’all!Web portal didn’t have an option for “light bake” on the cheese bread; but they had a “nickname” opening. I typed in LIGHT BAKE and they picked up on it!!! Turned ho-hum into amazing! Delivery dude was awesome as well!
