I love going here I love how they have slices of pizza now this is really convenient it's a convenient location they have whatever you need beverages salads sides subs pizzas I love the Italian hero which is kind of discontinued but they still find some way to please me with making a pizza similar to the Italian hero I love jets! Bottom line!

This Jets Pizza located at 19Mile rd and Schoenherr rd. makes the best pizza in the area. There is a closer Jets Pizza to my house, but they drown your Pizza in barbecue sauce. So I drive a little farther to this Store where they make it perfect !!!
The quality of service at this location has gone downhill. Ordered a fairly decent order right after Christmas - had to repeat my credit card number several times until the person got it right. Then the delivery was taking a lot longer than quoted to me (and we only live a mile from the store) and I called to check on it. Got a guy on the phone who only responded with “yep” - this happened 4 times. This guy needs training in customer service. Very rude. By the way, he never spoke another word, just “yep”. Really?
added special instructions to ring bell and knock and the driver didn’t do anything, just sat my pizza on the ground and left. i have no idea how long it was out there for and it’s 20 degrees out. that’s very frustrating to pay $30 for one box of pizza and the driver does that. wish i could take back my tip.
I've been a regular customer to this jets for 10 years and order at least once a week and always the same thing. As of their move into a bigger store the quality has gone downhill. I always order online but my order always arrives wrong. I get a small square with extra cheese, extra ham, pepperoni and bacon with light sauce. Well I get 3 pieces of ham on a slice, when I'm lucky. Hardly any bacon, if you can even see it and sometimes it comes with extra sauce. I'm paying nearly $30 w tip for this and never get what I pay for now. I'm always calling back to complain and there were I few times I wanted to drive up there and throw my order down and ask for an explanation...for what good it would do me. I think after today's order, I'll find a new go to pizza shop.
Down to earth people...I couldn't decide so I asked the cashier what's their favorite and it was the buffalo chicken absolutely marvelous pizza
The staff was pretty great? and good service also ??.The food really was delicious ? I would recommend for sure??
