We have been regular customers of this location for the past 18 years. Yesterday’s experience was the worst.It began with me texting our order thru their app. It didn’t concern me that I didn’t get a response as that’s happened in the past. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the order did not go thru and that it was a corporate problem. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they would make any adjustment for my inconvenience but was quite rudely told that I could still order it if I wanted to wait,PERIOD.It was all downhill from there. While I was waiting I asked the employee at the front counter the manager’s name and was nastily told I could ask him! ( employee’s name on receipt was CHRISTIAN) after a while the employee came back and told me the manager was Ethan.Now the best part, after waiting I was presented with a ROUND pizza when I had ordered a DEEP DISH. ( honest mistake? Hmmm) I accepted the round as I had waited long enough. Upon arriving home, it was if they forgot/ neglected (hmmm) to put any cheese on it! We ended up throwing the bulk of it in the garbage.After the text not working, being treated less then professionally at the store, given the round and not the deep dish, then getting home to find a very poor quality pizza; this business has seen the last of my patronage
My kids like them pizza and chicken wings. We ordered from this place all the time pickup and delivery. But today they delivered me a disgusting old pizza.
Very disappointed been going there since they opened was a great place at one time now they get the order wrong or don't have the order ready or give your order to someone else I don't know if it's just bad management or the employees get a kick out of it ,Prices are almost double what they were a couple of years ago thankfully we do have other pizza joints around the house.
Jet's used to be our Number one pizza spot ...The food was always good However Customer service started to go downhill We had problems with Our orders several times And the staff was extremely rude so after 10 years of Being a customer of Jets we no longer order from them... HANDS DOWN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jets Pizza is excellent and hot eye candy , I means the guts know what they are doingProfessional nice and not hard on the eyes lol
I have been getting pizza here for at least 12 years it has had its ups and downs. I was a little disappointed the last few times I had gotten pizza here so I had stopped giving my business to them I had ordered a Hawaiian square and a salad and I was thoroughly impressed. They were back to their high standards again
An absolutely working in machine efficient clean kind courteous to their customers and always the same product will get fresh quality you can't lose ever at that Jets particularly
Ordered two large 3 topping pizzas from this Jets Pizza store last weekend. Everything starting from taking the pizza order on the phone, honoring the coupons, ready on time and two delicious pizzas was pretty much perfect. The pizza itself was cooked perfect with the right amount of sauce, generous on the toppings, cheese and baked to perfection. This might be our go to carry out pizza place going forward. Thanks!
Pizza great as always, salads could use improvement on lettuce-many chunks of yellow or white pieces, prefer a bit greener.
I ordered a large and it looks like a medium. At first I thought it a mistake, so i called. It turns out the once square slices are now more like slim rectangles.
