Call ahead of time to make sure I could just run in and get my food. They didn't have a single customer in the store when I arrived in my sandwiches weren't even started I only ordered two so what's the point of even calling ahead then
Just recently discovered this place. Fast and friendly. Love their Portobello sub.
I was a little nervous ordering during rush hour, but was really surprised by the staff and the sub. They did a great job and I was happy with my meal. Thank you! I had a bad experience with JJ and I was looking for a new home. I found it! Great job. I'll be back.
Have used the app twice for this location. The first time it stated the order would be ready 45 minutes later. Showed up at the 45 minute mark and the food was soggy. Second time it estimated the same 45 minutes. Showed up around 25 minutes later and the food was soggy. The app seems to be designating 45/order, but they're making the orders immediately and the food sits on the shelf for for 30+ minutes.
I've had positive experiences in the past but whoever answered the phone I couldn't even understand what he was trying to say totally pointless had to order elsewhere. You might want to think about working on your English before you answer phones for a restaurant to take orders.
12:15 noon august 26. only 1 in the store and i stand there for 1 whole minute before even being asked for an order. then they weird mikes combo names just threw me off never being here i had to ask young man to repeat himself 3 times just to say. everything on it as usual. took about 10-15 min to get my food. at that point i refuse to get a drink or chips because my lunch has already been wasted on time. thanks alot jersey mikes. i will never be buying another sub from this company in my life. didnt even ask if i wanted toasted.

Great food amazing taste love this place wish it was cheaper but damn the food is fresh and good. Great job people

My first and last time at Jersey Mike's. The bread was cold laying on the counter. Limited toppings. Subway is much better
