My Fiancé and I were just in for breakfast yesterday (7/17) and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've had at a restaurant! The manager was the sweetest lady, and was celebrating a big milestone with IHOP. She seemed genuinely proud to work there, and the servers were all in a great mood as well! We had Kyle and he was super friendly and upbeat, even for an early Sunday morning. The food came quick and it was good as usual. Overall, we were very happy and wanted to give a shout out!
They were pretty busy between door dash orders, carryout and the dining room. Our waitress, Christine, was so considerate to inform us of the long wait time in the kitchen. She also helped me pick food options that agreed with my dietary needs.The hostess, Barb, was a special surprise. She didn't just stand at the hostess stand. She came around asking us what drinks we needed and kept coming back around to ask us if we had everything we needed.Between the waitress and the hostess, they made our experience enjoyable and flawless. Our food actually came quickly and while we waited, Barb and Christine kept checking in on us, which helped pass the time.The new General Manager really appreciated the feedback. He informed us of the new changes and the rapport and environment really stepping up in a positive atmosphere and was very personable, funny and professional.It was a very pleasant experience. Recommended!!!
Absolutely the worst salad I've ever had. The lettuce was limp and warm. I didn't eat it but didn't send it back because our poor waitress was very busy and doing a decent job. All the front staff was very nice. They seemed pretty short staffed so didn't want to complain. Anyway, the BLT was very good. I'd give them another try.
Their sweet hostess Susie made this experience lovely! Her pleasant and sincere attitude made it feel like we were genuinely cared for. She not only sat us at our table where we were served by someone else she still checked around on everyone even after being seated. She was non stop on her feet helping around making everyone smile while the door dash orders and constant people came rolling in. Thank you Susie!
I don't know what happened to this place. My husband and I use to come to this location and would have an excellent experience and would tip well.2/5/22 my family arrived at 12:30 pm to sign up for a table. The woman at the front desk told my husband that it would be 15minutes for 6 people. We waited well over an hour. My husband asked the woman at the desk about our table. He gave her his name, and she said she did not have his name on the list after he saw her write it down. She took his name again and forgot about us again. They took large parties before us. One staff person came to ask us if we've been helped, by that point we've been waiting for over an hour (my families choice not mine).While waiting my husband went to the restroom and he said it smelled moldy and was dirty. Same as the female bathrooms.We finally got a table after waiting over an hour and a half. I have never been in a restaurant where I can hear waitresses loudly yelling to each other from the front of place to the back.Our waitress Christina was very nice and listened to our concerns and took them to her manager. Christina was the best thing that happened during our time at IHOP. Our eggs were cold, but overall the food was good.Although we are in a pandemic that is now decreasing, there is no excuse for poor unprofessional service. It's unfair to pay more for a service and receive something less. The customer is paying we shouldn't have to be overlooked. Get it together IHOP.

I called to let them know my Turkey sausage was kinda raw in the middle they was telling me it couldn’t be. When they get the meat it’s precooked they just heat it. Well here’s a picture you tell me is it done
I enjoy the pancakes. March 1st is a few weeks away and they will be offering free pancakes for National Pancake Day.
Took a long time to take the order. 30 min to bring out the food. Then 18 min for them to bring the bill after we asked for it. Our server never asked us if we had issues. I'll never come back to this IHOP. Huge disappointment. Not worth the cost for the poor service. People that got here after us got their food before us. Never again.
I was very surprised the place wasn't crowded at all. there was only one waitress and she was trying to handle all of the guests by herself, taking orders, serving the orders ,cleaning up after the guests have left ,by the time our food came it wasn't as hot as it should have been, but we still gave the young lady a tip because she was working by herself, I know it's hard not having enough workers to handle customer crowds because of the pandemic , so yes we have to pack our patients when we going out to restaurant, because of the covid-19 we pray and ask for all the workers,
