This place has changed, and so are we to a different pizza place that can get our order right. Today will be the last time. Order BQ wings no sauce on them and a pizza and there was no flavoring on the crust like we ordered. When I told the black girl she was like I was putting her out. And never said sorry. Absolute worst customer service. I called 4 times and had simple yes or no question…. Does this location offer gluten-free crust and was told I needed to wait to get a answer because they were busy… I waited the first time for 10 mins before hanging up and calling again. Guess I’ll order from the local place down the street
Manager has a horrible attitude and ZERO customer service skills.. Been going there for years we'll never ever go there again..asked for well done pizza was def not and asked for Cajun barely any..and she didn't proceed to resolve it in anyway..thought she was just a regular employee rather than a manager by the way she was speaking..rude individual and very bad for business..
Ordered 40$ worth of food at 830pm. Was told 30-40 mins for delivery. 1030pm , 2 hours later nothing, no food no call to say they're behind, nothing. And the store closed at 10pm. Plus this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with the inept, illiterate people that work there!
Waited an hour and half for my order, called to inquire where my order was it’s been over a hour the employee was rude and said it will be there soon and end of call. Received my food about 20 minutes later with undercooked pizza and burnt bread…great combination?Wish I would have spent my $45 at jets who has the best ranch!!!
Horrible customer service from the Manager, Ricky! He was rude and unconcerned that I did not have a good experience and couldn't answer my simple question on his company's policy. As a result of management, I will not ever patronize this establishment again!
Fast pace for only two guys working on a Saturday night. Everything was fresh from my pizza to the salad.
$22.00 and 2 hours to get 2 hour old pizza! At least they are refunding me my money back in 3 to 5 weeks!! Just wow
