This is our local go to spot! The whole staff is so friendly, nice and always chat with my daughter. Really good people! Also their food is GREAT! We regularly eat vegetable chop Suey, sometimes both soups and an egg roll. The Chop Suey is always PERFECT!
Delicious food, fresh! Will be a regular go to ! Spring rolls were perfect with no mushrooms! Plum sauce on point. Best almond boneless chicken I've ever had!
The food was really good. It's a nice little Chinese restaurant to stop and grab a quick bite of you're in the mood. The only complaint is that they don't give you a double serving of rice with the dinner combo like every other Chinese restaurant does, and for the price, I think that should be standard. With that being said the portion of schezuan beef is a bit bigger than average. So it's kind of a toss up. That's the reason for the 4 stars. Not a bad place at all.
I cannot recommend this place. They got our order wrong. we ordered their vegetable lo mein as well as their General Tao's chicken. I received the lo mein and a sweet and sour chicken combination plate, so I guess I have to review those two items. The lo mein tasted like nothing, but you do get a decent amount. The combination plate was not good either. The rice tasted like nothing, having to use their soy sauce they gave me to make it tolerable. Their "chicken" was poor. If the "pieces of chicken" weren't mostly doughy batter, then it was entirely doughy batter. I couldn't taste any chicken. The egg roll was the best part, but it was still bad. But for the combination plate, you could probably ???? two people.1/10 - Great quantity; you ???????? won't die eating it.
Ordered twice so far from hereI don't even like rice from most chinese food places but the rice just tastes so fresh and good from hereTso chicken is amazing and even as leftovers the next day it still tastes amazing! this is my go to spot from now on
Food good, a little on the pricey side and the girl taking your order is hard to understand. If you visit there, don't order from the paper menu, the prices are higher than what it says on the menu
I was here yesterday. The best Chinese food in the area. Very friendly and polite service. I would highly recommend House of Chan to anyone who enjoys Chinese.
We order takeout from here often and drive over 10 miles to pick up the food. Absolutely love it. Our typical order is the Sesame Chicken and Chicken Fried Rice with Won Ton Soup.My wife orderes food for 20 people for my birthday party, and it was fantastic. About $250 to feed everyine with fried chicken, four sauces, fried and white rice, won ton soup, and four sauces for the chicken.
It's just okay First of all don't give me started with the spring roll It was not to my liking It was not soft It was a little overcooked second of taste way better sweet and sour chicken try adding more vegetables like carrots leave the pineapples those are fine as some lettuce to it and it could use a heck of a lot of green onion also the white rice is a bit sticky It's not loose like it's supposed to be it's actually quite sticky but it's doable if you really don't understand rice and you just like to consume it and not understand how it should be textured also when I entered I had to wait to be greeted as if the lady behind the counter with the hat didn't want to greet me but it was quite all right after 5 minutes she finally said something and then that's when I said something kindly and nicely gave them a dollar and some change tip after paying for my order I proceeded to leave but before leaving I could not help but to notice the outside of this place needs some serious help but if you want to grab a quick bite and don't care about how the outside of a place looks and don't care about expectational customer service and just want to quick bite of some third world country food this is the place.
The presentation was nice. The food tastes decent enough. However, the breading to chicken ratio is truly insane. The amount of actual meat is so small it's almost insulting. Might try again but I was very disappointed.
