Great experience with good food and fair prices.The burgers here are actually pretty good. They are fairly priced with different choices of patty sizes and a few burger options. Their wedge fries are good too. This place won’t blow your socks off but better than you would expect driving pass it. Better than any fast food place.The best part is their unlimited toppings and condiment bar. You get endless pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, banana peppers, jalapeños, etc. and they even have melted cheese… all unlimited. I hate it when I go to a burger joints, ask for extra pickles and end up only getting 4 total. Last time I went here, I probably ate half of pound of pickles.Overall: 8.5/10
Quite pricey but a very high quality food experience. The 1/3 was *plenty* of meat for me! It did take a decent amount of time to get food, but it was a nice experience overall. They do have a host that will check in throughout the meal and bus the tables for you, which is a nice gesture, but they will keep popping by so be prepared for that if you take a while to eat.
I gotta get this off my chest: Who uses paper tickets anymore!? No wonder this place can never handle when it's busy!!! Flailing teenagers in a chaos of receipt tape and French fries. They had expo hounding them for orders while a manager called out the tickets at the same time. That is so much noise. Even McDonald's gives their workers screens to keep track of orders!My food was fine, I guess, but it took a while to get. My fries were cold, but that didn't surprise me with how broken their assembly line is. I also didn't get a lot of options at the toppings bar because it was empty for so long, I gave up on it. They probably grow the lettuce in the back with how archaic this place has become.They need a major make over if it's going to keep up with this century.
Wonderful dinner experience for my son and I. Food was excellent and service was top notch. Our waitress, Sasha, handled all of our needs with a smile. Will definitely be back.
My wife and I tried Fuddruckers for the first time last Friday evening and I am sad to say I was not impressed. To start, I tried calling this location several times before we showed to check if it was busy. Every time the phone went to voice-mail. That should not even be a thing for any restaurant. My total for two meals (burger, fries, and a drink each) came to over $30 for the both of us. After waiting over 20 minutes for our food and then putting our own toppings on our burgers, our fries were not even warm. My wife did not enjoy her burger at all, though mainly because the buns tasted weird. The place itself seemed rather dirty and unmaintained as well. For such an expensive meal, I really expected more, especially considering there was no table service at all. Again, we ordered from a cashier and picked up our food ourselves. We have no intention of coming back.
I went here one other time about 20 years ago and didn't like it then either. The concept is confusing. And then you fumble your way through the buffet fixtures and realize you're just at a cafeteria. Very reminiscent of Luby's in Texas. Hyped up in advertisement but very disappointing in reality. When I go out to dinner I'm looking for an experience. An ambiance. Something I won't get at home. At places like this, the environment you get is watching people line up to fill their plates and then sit down and eat.Maybe it would do in a pinch, when you're coming home from vacation and just need a quick bite, or a similar scenario, but that's about all. Don't expect an experience or you'll be disappointed.
My first time here was a wonderful experience. Food was cooked to perfection, I had the fish the amount was plenty the onion rings were sooooo good, I will be back to try a burger.
Place was filthy. The staff was in the weeds/disorganized. Ketchup all over the floor, multiple staff members walked past it, then a customer stepped in it and tracked it everywhere. Dirty milkshake area-used cups everywhere, the gallon of milk was left out the twenty plus minutes we were there waiting for our carryout. Didn't see anyone wash their hands, especially after using the register and heading over to said milkshake area. Fries were freezing and we both ended up having an upset stomach for two days. Won't be back.
The food was excellent. There were a lot of people there and our order for five was done exactly as ordered in a very short time. Not the cheapest place but definitely worth the price
This is a nice place for a good hamburger. Pick your meat (bison, elk, cow, plant based, etc). Then place that meat between a fresh baked bun that has a slight sweetness. Now it is all you dressing it. Just a great burger.
