It was my first time there and I Love it ? almost better than Subway

Extremely rude employee I won’t be back the older lady should not be in retail at all she is absolutely miserable if she worked for me and treated a customer the way she treated me I would fire her on the spot!!!!

?so my husband went into Firehouse Subs in Sterling Hgts, Mi. on Hall rd just west of Hayes. Robert....he was told that he needed to of had a account with them in order to get 1 for Free. ? That he'd need to go online and place his order. Then when he was to go in to pickup he would need to show ad and his license in order to get the 1 for free. NO WHERE IN THE AD DOES IT STATE THAT. Nowhere does it state that a person needs to of had a existing account and to adhere to those guidelines. Not every1 what's to have accounts set up for such stupid things to order a sandwich and have their personal info out there. AGAIN NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THOSE GUIDELINES. I AM SUBMITTING THIS IN HIS BEHALF WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE. I CAN PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECIEPT THAT SHOW ..NO FREE SANDWICH.

Online ordering always goes well for me here. I just place the order in the app, then by the time I arrive it is ready and on the pickup table. I do miss the hot sauces dearly, but the sandwiches are still so good. Pickles are better then the sandwiches, but I can’t help getting a sandwich too. Gluten free buns are really good for gluten free people.

No matter how busy always friendly fast service and the subs are the tastiest around. It's a drive for us to come to this firehouse but that's OK.. it's worth it!

head to steak and onion and green pepper delicious also had to talk tuna fish outstanding who is friendly fast and efficient

Every single time i come to this location i am actually appalled at the so called “manager” who is rude to every single customer that sets foot into the establishment. The only reason i still go there is because its right by my house, but i will be driving all the way to the 16 and van dyke location if i ever want firehouse subs. She will never see my money again

I was there today (1/12) and was truly disappointed in my experience. The cause is great and the food used to be good. When I went there today, one of the young ladies working there told her coworker "you see my hourly wage? I'm not rushing". Very unprofessional. Proceeded to do just that, go extremely slow when making orders. Gave me the entirely wrong order which I did not notice until I was home. I called up there and was told "to just deal with it, I got a more expensive order for less money". Normally I wouldn't care but the fact that I have a family member with food allergies, I couldn't "just deal with it". I told her about the food allergies prior to ordering to ensure I wouldn't get the wrong order. So yeah I got a more expensive meal, but is useless to me since It couldn't actually be eaten. I used to love Firehouse Subs but I can't justify coming back when they obviously don't care about their customers or the safety of customers with food allergies.

I've only been to this location a couple times but they were awesome everytime. It's slightly more expensive than a Subway or Jimmy John's but the quality is also better. It's like taking the best of subway and Jimmy John's and forming a new better shop. I will definitely return.

Management refused to honor the TMobile Tuesday's coupon so I will no longer eat at Firehouse. Aside from just that, the franchise owner/general manger (an older Caucasian woman) is always rude and snappy at guests and employees. Pricing is high compared to competition and there is a lot of competition that will be happy to have my business.
