For a wrap that costs over $8 I would have expected it to at least be bigger than my hand. Or at the very least be properly wrapped in it’s paper; rather than crumpled into it and thrown in the bag. The place was almost completely dead. The woman working did not appear to be well versed in customer service. The layout of the building was very uncomfortable. From the outside to walking in. Once inside I felt confused and a dark unwelcome feeling. I just wanted a gluten free wrap for my son. Next time I’ll go to Beyond up the street for a brighter experience and better quality sandwich.
Hidden Gem! I’m surprised this place isn’t crazy busy all the time. I’ve gone 3 times already since I’ve discovered this place and it’s been dead each time. Selfishly, I don’t mind. This place deserves to be busier, though. The food is great and large portions! The chicken is real, not processed, and they have a great variety to choose from. The customer service is top tier. My son didn’t like an item WE ordered, and they replaced it with something else at no charge. I didn’t even ask. Can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely be back and will continue to recommend.
I came here on a weekday around 1:15PM. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. I saw a woman in the back but it took a few minutes for her to acknowledge me. She was not friendly and muttered something about how she was busy. I waited between 5-10 minutes for her to come out to the counter. She first handed a man some food she apparently had been preparing in the back. She then went back behind the counter but continued to do something I couldn't see before finally deciding to take my order.I understand places can get busy, but I was the only person standing in line. If she was preparing food in the back, she could have let me know and that it would have been a while before she could take my order. While she took my order, she never smiled once and seemed annoyed when I asked a question about which flavors they had.I asked for a 20 ounce flavored latte. It was over $6, which is the same price as the Biggby that's not too far away, but I can use coupons there. The drink had hardly any flavor (which I was charged extra for!) and was very bitter. As I was walking out, I noticed that the drink looked small. I looked on the bottom of the cup and saw that it was a 16oz cup. I was charged for a 20 ounce and received a smaller size for a drink that didn't even taste good. I would have went back in and said something, but I hated the taste and just threw the drink out.If you enjoy lattes that are more on the bitter side and are light on the flavor, you may enjoy this place. Just be prepared to wait if anyone before you orders food and don't expect friendly service.
Let me say this if you are looking for a place to see beautiful smiles and joy this place ain’t it !!!! This Place was the rudest place I have ever been since 2022 started me and family decided to come here and this little girl was so mean to me she didn’t greet me nicely tell me about the menu every time I would ask about something she would just stare and say no to everything this place was garbage a waste of 40 thanks for trying to ruing my Sunday how you connected to the house of the lord but your attitude is evil towards your customers Never Again then the Older lady I thought she would’ve had more sense to greet people with a smile but it was even worse NEVER AGAIN Thanks for trying to make my Sunday Dark

In the middle of eating in the picture but very fresh food. The garden salad was good and fresh along with a decent serving size. The latte was hot and fresh. If I lived in town I would do my homework and invite friends to sit and talk. Will be coming back
