When I came here he took my phone to scan my points cause I told him and he didn’t even scan!!! This has happened to me many times and it’s really irritating if this happens again I will go to the front and show the receipt are you really that cheap you can not SCAN the points I pay for…
Going through the drive thru, the gentleman was nice, enthusiastic, and very exchanging! What great qualities to have to bring a customer back!This place has never screwed up my order in the past either. I just order an iced mocha coffee and the employees deliver just that!Great work! I’ll be back!

Got a coffee today and I could tell without a doubt they put powered cream in my coffee. Come on guys, don't start going cheap on your customers. I will not order another coffee or item again from this location. I go to DD almost everyday. I threw out the rest of my coffee. Every DD I go to never used powdered cream, disgusting.
Ruined my whole morning messed up my drink and when I told her she just shut the door. Also all my food was burnt and disgusting.
Ordered a croissant stuffer, they told me they don’t have it then suddenly they said that they do and to pull up to the window to pay for it. I paid, then the lady told me to wait at the parking lot for about 10 mins! Then came to me and said we don’t have croissant stuffer so I just gave you a bacon and cheese croissant. When I went to work and eat it, it was a hard croissant and just bacon!!! Last time ordering here. They used to have good workers.
If I could give 0 I would.. they told me I'm supposed to bring my own bags for my food!!! I called to try and get corporate number and they hung up on me and phone doesn't even ring now like they're just leaving it off the hook!
My boyfriend and I have ordered dunkin two times at 2 am. I got sausage McMuffin and he got bacon egg & cheese bagel. Those were both great. But BOTH times we’ve ordered a side of mini hash browns. Both times they came burnt. You’d think at 2 am there wouldn’t be many orders and our order would come out perfect. Very unhappy with how they are burnt , they just do not taste good. Whoever works night shifts, needs to be fixed.
Worst customer service ever!!!!! Ordered a Carmel Latte hot with only 2 pumps of Carmel. A sourdough breakfast sandwich and munchkins. I told them the Latte was too sweet. Mind you it’s the same way I ordered it the day before. When I told them it was too sweet and I couldn’t drink it, they said oh well we made it the way you ordered it and sent me on my way. What’s happened to customer service????? They walked away from the window and would do nothing for me!! I got home and they had not even toasted my bread for my breakfast sandwich , so I went back. Though they corrected my Latte and re-toasted my original sandwich and hash browns , they were given back to me burned!!! I will NEVER go back there!!!
I am here and I was giving my big order to Samantha the manager and she is very rude and told me to hurry up she has other customers and I told her that I am also a customer if my neices and nephews were not waiting for the food I would have left.
