They were absolutely rude when they messed my order up twice on the same pizza gave me a 10 dollar credit for it that doesn't even cover the cost of the pizza. I tried to use the unjust credit today, and they said they no credit in their system. Worst Pizza Delivery Experience Ever with Worst Customer Service for Toppings! I Will Never Go Back There. disgusting behavior .. looked up their number for sterling heights then when I called the guy asked me my address. Before I finished he tells me we dont' deliver and hangs up on me. Will never order from Dominos again and you have this dueche bag to thanks
This place is an absolute nightmare. It’s convenient for my large family because it’s close to my home. We normally have it delivered. I had two free pizzas from the dominos app. To retrieve the pizza a code was sent to my email which I never received. I went into this location to see if they could retrieve the pizzas seeing that my app said I had 2 free. The girl at the desk was another kind of disrespectful. I explained my situation while she sat on her phone texting. After she was done she said she wasn’t going to help me. At this point I just paid for the pizzas. As I wait in the car I see a male inside the building smoking. I know a pizza place doesn’t have to be professional but they aren’t even kind. Do not come here.
I ordered 2 pizzas and one was completely different from what I ordered. They added bacon which was something I didn’t ask for, and also they didn’t make it thin crust which was what I asked for. I contacted the manager and he was very very rude and he didn’t offer me any refund. Will never go back again.

Domino's as a company makes great pizza. I used to like this location. My last 2 orders have resulted in cold pizza. One of those came looking like it had been tossed across a football field. I'll be looking for another Domino's.

This had been my go to place since I moved to the neighborhood. Wife accidentally clicked anchovies on my pizza, I’ve never had an anchovy never even tasted one. I called the store asked if they could kindly just make another pizza without anchovies. We order at least once a week and the guy that answered the phone says uhhhhh. I understand times are tough right now and a lot of businesses aren’t doing well but it was an honest mistake. Needless to say you lost a customer.
The worst domino’s I ever had this place is ruining the name it's like 3/4 tines they make wrong orders it's like the manager does do anything I waited for my pizza for 30 mins and I come to find out I have to wait more than 30 mins because they made it wrong like how it says the ingredients on the receipt what do customers want on their pizza it's like a garden down there but whatever I'm done with that place
