Ordered online, we ordered classic and boneless style wings (lemon pepper, honey bbq, and buffalo) with an order of Poutine. They threw in an extra side of fries for nothing. The boneless wings were pretty decently sized and the sauce really hit the mark. The classic wings were just as good. No complaints with either. The poutine was great, too. Typically, places that serve poutine overdue it with the saltiness, but these were very well balanced and the gravy was pretty flavorful. And last, but not least, the seasoned fries were crispy on the outside, cooked to perfection on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. All in all, between the customer service and the quality of the food, we would recommend DWC over other wing places. We will be back for more. ??
The staff was rude. Made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we ordered pickup through DoorDash. Told us it was all there, but when we got home and opened everything up, we realized we were missing over $40 worth of wings. Then when my wife called to let them know, they said that she was wrong and they had given us all of the wings. She had to argue with the staff just to be given what we paid for. They even tried to pawn the problem off on DoorDash to try and get the situation resolved. Completely unacceptable. Will NEVER order from this location again. Unbelievable.
Not bad at all, definitely better than Wing stop, which is just a mile down the road. The Cajun fries were really good and the boneless wings were big and tender inside! Looking forward to trying some more items off the menu.
Nothing to complain about / nothing to rave about. Would definitely go back to try more sauce flavors and other side dishes..
Nothing like this in the Detroit area, my new favorite spot. Try the Greek classic wings but get them extra well done = super crispy fried chicken like nothing else around here. They have a couple sauces I like, but for some reason the dry rub on the Greek wings just gets it done. Mozz sticks are also proper, give those a try.
Just sat in the parking lot and ate an 8 piece boneless and buffalo dip. Couldn't finish the dip, it's massive! Taking that home for later. Chips were still warm, they must make them fresh.
Tried wings from 2 other places and these were the best because of the sauce. I personally don’t prefer naked bone-in wings, I prefer breaded, but my guests liked them. Bone-in didn’t taste good the next day tho. Whiskey BBQ and garlic Parmesan were the fav. We tried all the sauces except very spicy ones.Store experience: I accidentally ordered all bone-in and I meant to get a spilt. After receiving my order, I called them and they were very nice and helped me get it all situated. Very nice staff and manager.
We got both the boneless and traditional wings and everything was great! Perfect amount of sauce and the wings were a nice size! On top of that the staff was so friendly. I brought in my baby in his car seat and they offerred to bring the food to my car for me and when I declined they asked to at least get the door. Great customer service!
Stopped by this location on a recent trip through Detroit and was very impressed. The recommendations by the staff were excellent, the food tasted great, and the store was vibrant and fun. If you're looking for wings, definitely check these guys out!
Just went there today to try it out. I was not impressed; the boneless wings were not hot (temperature wise). The sauce was nothing special- and they completely drowned the wings in it. I was not a fan at all. I tried six of the different flavors and I would much prefer going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I’ve eaten at many wing places and the breading on the boneless wings here is way too heavy and the chicken wasn’t tender. It honestly just tasted like frozen wings you would buy at a supermarket. The staff was kind of nice; I say kind of because one of the girls was really nice and the other one just seemed like she wanted to be gone and out of there, and to be honest, after tasting the wings I kind of agreed with her- I didn’t really want to be there anymore either.
