The first time I ordered these cookies I thought they were delicious. I had them delivered and they were still slightly warm. I got Honey Bun, Galaxy Brownie, Chocolate Chip, and Cookie Butter Ice Cream. They were all pretty chewy, delicious, and have distinct flavors. I ordered this week: Lemon Cupcake, Chocolate Toffee Cake, Strawberry Pop Tart, and mystery cookie PB Choc chip. This experience wasn't as good as my first. Pb was smashed on the side, fell apart just picking it up, flavor was ok. Lemon Cupcake- icing was good, cookie itself was decent. Strawberry Pop Tart was good, nice flavor and definitely tasted like an upscale pop tart. Chocolate Toffee Cake was delicious, many nice flavors that went well together. Overall, I will order again in the future. The weekly change up of flavors is awesome, it's exciting to see what they come up with!
Definitely lives up to the hype! Not a bad cookie in the batch! My nieces loved the chocolate chip. My sister loved the Snickerdoodle and Orange Creamsicle. My coworkers liked the lemon blackberry. I enjoyed the pancake one. These cookies are BIG and fresh. Sharable! Smooth ordering process through the app. Fast process at store. Highly Recommend!! Totally worth it!
This was the first time I went to Crumbl. I was a bit hesitant because of the price for the cookies and ice cream, but once I received my order I was pleased. The cookies are HUGE! Way bigger than I was expecting (about the size of my hand). Very tasty, and soft. The store smelled so good when we walked in. I will for sure be back!
Today was my first time in and I’m not planning on going back. I feel bad for the employees and could see how stressed out they were. The lack of organization, and management is very apparent! You’d think there would be more specific roles for each employee, have boxes prepared and neatly organized instead of the giant mess it was. The floors were filthy, eggs & butter were not refrigerated and the store is WARM!! someone will get food poisoning. I Filed a Complaint with the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development. No one greeted us or explained the process. Another customer helped us… The cookies we ordered were still warm and the icing was sliding off. My husband dug into the chocolate chip cookie right away, wasn’t thrilled. Not worth the hype at all.
April 2022 - wife and I came here on a Saturday night. We did a box of 6 and decided on each cookie. All 6 were very good. My favorite was the snickerdoodle. Very big cookies and worth the price.
Walked in and no acknowledgment. Have only been to the Rochester one before . I have to ask can I order here at counter or am I supposed to use kiosk she said you can order over there unless you are paying with cash. I said yes I have cash. As she waits on me and takes my order she is playing with her mask, takes my money she is very confused about how much change to give me. She takes money out and puts it back and starts again and says you gave me a $20 right… yes I say she then digs back in drawer and gets me my change which I have no idea at this point how much she owes me back because she never gave me total or receipt. She is wearing rubber gloves this whole time… now remember I mention she’s touching cash , touching her dirty mask, her hair and everything else is disheveled and she’s got powdered sugar all over the place. This is where it gets good after she’s done waiting on me at the register she goes assemble the box and then I see her grab cookies not my cookies thankfully but grab cookies with the same dirty gloves on never swaps out the gloves so I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is doing as well. Will not come here again and not sure I want to eat the cookies. This place is all teenagers that probably don’t understand the importance of cleanliness and cross contamination. The health department needs to pay a visit… I’m not a Karen just sharing an honest review.
Decadent cookies, extremely large, super soft, and so good. Big enough for 5 people to try. Love that they change up regularly
First experience with the cookies, and they were amazing!!! Service was fast and ordering was very easy. This location was easy too get in and out of. The only negatives I found was the customer area inside is incredibly small. The inside is not very welcoming. There was no one at the register too greet you and everything is incredibly white and sterile looking. No design or decor anywhere. It would also be nice too have more than 6 selections, but I understand why. We’ll definitely be back!
Ordered 4 cookies on a whim and they were in my hand literally in the time it would take to drive there one-way. They are super soft, giant and delicious! I love the flavor change every week and the fact that they are just over 100 calories each so I can enjoy without guilt. I highly recommend these treats and their reward program.
Cookies were amazing. Served nice and hot they melted in your mouth. The store is set up so you don't need to come into contact with anyone. You can even place your order online.
