I stood in line for about 10 minutes. The customer in front of me ordered brown rice and they gave it to her off the other line. When I requested brown rice, they told me they were out and could not use the brown rice from the other line because it was for online orders.I just want to say that is wrong. ALL customers should be able to get items until they are out whether it's an online customer, a mobile order or a walk-in.
I use to work here when it first opened and the managers would get on me about keeping the lobby clean while we were busy. Went in today and it was slow and the lobby was a mess. When I was done eating I saw a beetle just walking around. Sad to see this place go down like it has. That’s what happens when you don’t pay your staff ?♂️ The workers were really nice though
Hate to write this because this location has been great until my last few visits. For the second time in 2 weeks I got the wrong toppings and protein. This time a had a huge gross piece of rubbery chicken as a topping. I'd assume the food prep employee was maliciously giggling during prep.
I can’t stand this location. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location through the app just because the location is convenient for me. Its either they always get my order wrong or they barely put anything in my bowl. The one time I chose to go inside about a month or two ago the food was a bit better, but I had terrible customer service. I guess I’ll drive a little more out of my way from now on.
no stars. still waiting to hear back from the “high priority team” because my boyfriend ate a screw that was in their food. thank God he could spit it out. happened april. 26.
I have not had a bad experience here.But at 2 others I did. I have eaten here at 5 pm and never had a problem. The other chipotles never has half the things I want like onions and peppers... this chipotles has always had all the food out there and the place has been pretty clean. Maybe there was a employee who needed more training as it sounds in the other reviews.I give them a 5 star.
1st experience... Terrible, greasy, screwed up order. Here's my crunchy tacos with lettuce, cheese and beef I ordered online and received soft tacos with beef n cheese... mmmmm. Took one bite despite the wrong order and wow... Taste horrible. My girlfriends order was right but took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. Luckily someone gave me a gift card and it was free.
I takeout here regularly but since last few months, the quanis ridiculously decreased. I am not a heavy eater but I never felt hungry after finishing the meal. But now a days that is not the case. Chicken pieces I can literally count to 7-8 pcs. Will have to stop ordering if this continues
Never had a bad experience with them yet other than making a bowl when i wanted a burrito but they let me keep the bowl and made me the burrito no charge. The 14 and john r location makes this location look like heaven. I never had a situation where this place ran out of things.tbh this place is the only place ik where they dont run out of fajitas at 7 pm
Chipotle hit the spot tonight!! The servers went above and beyond to fill the bowls. I love the fajita veggies. I came home and weighed them and they were 2 lbs each. Thanks for taking the time to find me rice without cilantro too. Your location is the best around.
