The NASTIEST & WORST chipotle ever, there is no hiding it… it’s just plain sight right in front of you and the funny thing about it is when you call & tell them your experience they offer to “remake the food” at what cost… having to eat it again after seeing what I just saw? Manger is Owen that’s if I’m spelling it correctly because he was super afraid of saying his name because he wouldn’t offer a refund for the terrible food experience. Put your employees in hair nets because shedding hair in the food just isn’t right. SAVE yourself & your money and don’t come to this location.
Food was really good here but I asked for a bowl and they said they didn’t have so I had to get a burrito not the end of the world but as I’m paying they brought out more bowls I’m kind of tilted
Being the loyal customer I am there I am pretty disappointed to say the least. Probably the last couple of orders between my husband and I have been absolutely horrible. It wasn't always like this. I couldn't eat dinner tonight because of the way this is prepared. If you don't want to be somewhere to work, then don't go.Sad considering prices were raised. I barely have anything on my taco as you can see below. I asked for extra lettuce & cheese as you can see on the sticker. Where is it????Thanks, from someone who is going to bed with no dinner tonight now as it is now in the trash.
Wow. Let me start by emphasizing THIS IS THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN OUR AREA!! They have never let me down on take out ETA’s, serve hot and fresh food, and I’m always surprised by how tasty every single item is WHENEVER I order. Thank you guys so much, your hard work, quality management, and service with care is noted!
Twice now I have ordered online through DoorDash and an item, the same item in fact, was missing from my order. I tried to call the store multiple times and you cannot speak to a person. The recording advises you to report it to DoorDash to be resolved. This is ABSURD because all DoorDash and other delivery companies do is pick up the take out bag and leave. It is the restautant's responsibility to make sure that all the items are in the take out bag before they give it to the delivery people. I'm extremely unhappy and will never order from this restaurant again, and will also be advising every one that I know to never order again. Absolutely terrible experience.
The worst Chipotle location for multiple reasons. The rice is not as fresh there. They have gotten my last two orders wrong. They don’t even look at the receipt before bagging it, it said one burrito and one bowl but they put two bowls and zero burritos in the bag. And neither bowl was even close to my order.
Delicious... i love the chicken or steak bowls with a tortilla in the bottom, extra corn and sour cream. Great customer service. Felt so safe with all the Sheriff's in line as well..lol
I wish I could give it zero stars, never liked the food but worked here for almost a year and the work environment was toxic.. management pins people against each other and doesn’t want coworkers to be friendly with another. I was fired without a reason, and treated so disrespectfully. I would get irritated for getting told I could leave early when I was constantly trying to get more hours to make the paycheck worth it and left in states of confusion when these sort of commands were passed down the line. Patronizing managers that will smile in your face until they gotta cut someone.. they’ll pick someone they don’t like, not someone who can’t do their job. Worst place I’ve ever worked ever and I’ve worked at multiple McDonald’s, pizza joints, coneys, newspaper delivery, demolition.. nothing comes close to the psychological torture inflicted by this company
Whoever made my Burrito this evening knife knocked it out of the park. The perfect amount of flavorful chicken the two salsas I got were great portions. It was a heavy and thick Burrito. I was very happy with it.
You are not able to pay for your food with cash. They said they no longer take cash. Only card from now on, and when i asked for how long was told this is a new company policy and card is the only form of payment they will ever take. It doesn't matter if you have exact change even though on the door it said exact change only. They'll refuse to take it.
