Horrible location!! From the start the exterior of the building was in bad shape. Walking in we were advised they were out of pop which didn't seem like a deal breaker but should have been. Upon sitting down I was unfortunately covered in a sticky something (another tabel also complained about this). Our cheese queso was served cold and I witnessed with my own eyes the food runner added cheese with her bare hands to soup. Keep in mind this is after fixing her hair, touching her glasses and serving many other tables as well. I also used the restroom while dining and was unfortunately joined by a waitress who DID NOT wash her hands after using the bathroom! This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I will not be going back even if Chili's contacted me. The health hazards this restaurant has in so unacceptable. I ran a small diner for 10 years and I'm not sure how they're not shut down.
On of the worst Chili's that we've ever been to. The place was 3/4 empty and they sat us in the back near the kitchen and bathrooms. Normally sitting by the kitchen is good because the food is hotter, but not here. My classic nachos were cold as ice and my mom's hamburger was way overcooked and the fries were cold. The waiter didn't give us any napkins and when we asked for napkins we got a total of 3. For a family of 4.Normally I like Chili's. The food is good, the service is attentive. But not at this one.Until service and food improve, avoid this one.
Walked in and was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. No worries, it's mother's day, everywhere has a wait. Just weird because the restaurant was empty, must be staffing related. Actually got seated after only about 20 minutes so not bad at all. Food was wonderful but service was horrible! Kept having to pester the server in the next section because our server never came around. Our server was incredibly rude when she did come around. Food and the great server in the other section get 3 stars!
Terrible service. Let me start by saying I love Chili's. This location was by far the worst experience I have had in the restaurant industry ever. Waited 35 min at front door before seated. Restaurant was empty. When seated we realized we were the 5th table for 4 servers. Waited 20 min before we got our order taken. We ordered wine and had food order right away because we were waiting so long. We already invested so much time we didn't want to walk away to start over at another restaurant. We sat talking to each other..dirty tables all around us not cleaned . Finally our soup comes and still no wine. No chips and salsa even offered. No water. Not silverware and not napkins. The service was terrible. No one asked how we were doing. The wine Finally came at the same time as our meal. And the glasses were filthy. Disgusting. Had lipstick on them. The server didn't care and at the end we passed by the manager and he said sorry but it was fake. Terrible. No compensation. We were there for a very long 1.5 hours. Never again for this location.
Isaiah was such a great server and was so kind and nice and helpful with ordering and made me feel like I am welcome and we will definitely come back:)Isaiah was a phenomenal and awesome server. This was a bad experience, though I understand why it happened.The restaurant was severely understaffed, there were only two waitresses for the whole restaurant. Many other people left, not wanting to wait so long for service. It took close to two hours for our for our orders to be taken, and for the food to be prepared, but it was good once we got it. Perhaps they should stick to pickup service, until they can get adequate staffing.
We ordered carry out and was told our order would be ready between 9:33p-9:38p. 50 minutes later we were STILL waiting on our order. The manager apologized and gave us a $20 Chili’s gift certificate. On our next carry out order they gave us the wrong food. We tried to call 10 minutes before close and no one would answer. We sent an email to corporate regarding our recent experiences and corporate sent us a $20 gift card. We won’t be back.

I asked mor a medium well seared. Was not seared a d fatty. I did not complain, but took it home to put it on my Martha Stewart stove top grill and it was delicious!
I rarely dine at chillis, but when I do there is always an issue. Not with the food but the customer service. I placed a to go order online and the food was brought out to me in a timely matter. As always, I check my food before pulling off and they forget the ranch. So I called the to-go phone line TWICE and nobody picks up. The restaurant was totally empty btw. I proceeded to walk into the restaurant and waited near the take out area near the kitchen. I could hear staff laughing and cursing. I shouted "Hello" but 10 minutes goes by without anyone acknowledging me. Please do better.
