Horrible customer service. We ordered food at 9:22pm. They told us it would be ready to pick up in 25 minutes . So I went there at 9:47pm. The front desk girl told me it was almost ready. So I waited another five minutes but no response from them. So I went to the girl and ask her what's going on. She asked kitchen the staff they said another 10 minutes. I asked why another 10 minutes? it is supposed to be ready already. She is like it is very busy. No apologize , nothing. So I waited another 10 minutes patiently while my hungry kids are waiting in the car with their mother. After 10 minutes still no response. I asked the front desk girl where is my food? She asked kitchen staff and now they are telling they ran out of slider Bun. I have to wait another 15 minutes! One of their staff went to shop to bring Bun! And then they will give me my order. Ridiculous excuse I have ever heard.
It was a lil bit slow but it's understandable because they also had many customers coming in to pick up orders. However, I have been disappointed by the fact that they gave us a part of our order and we had to wait a lil bit more to have the other part. So my kids started eating before me.I ordered the Casper Pistachio Burger and it was huuuuuuuge! I thought I would never be able to eat it all. But... I did !! It was delicious ! The bun was fresh and soft. The sauce was delicious. The meat well cooked. It was really good. I loved it and ate it all !The description stated that there was supposed to be avocado and onions in this burger but there were not.I also ordered some sides and a kid meal for my kids and they love them.I will probably go back to try other burgers or their hot-dogs.
this place is disgusting and slow. i don’t know how they are still in business. i ordered off door dash and my order said ready for pick up, once i arrived my food wasn’t ready, there was a long line of people waiting for their food. once i received my food it was cold, the fries and bread were stiff. the meat, onions, and mushrooms are burned. my sandwich was thrown in the bag. it’s a bunch of teenage workers not doing what they should be doing.
Quite Honestly, Casper is one of my favorite places to go eat as the food is really great and specially Rand makes it even better! She’s very nice and treats me the best and her service is great as well! She’s one of the reasons why I like going back to Casper.
Casper is a great burger place with great service, honestly I would give it ten stars if I could because the food is not only great but it is also fresh unlike most fast food places. Sure, it may not have outdoor seating but the indoors is enough to enjoy the place in it's full glory.
If I could give a negative starts I would have. I just left the place and it was disgusting. Filthy in all aspects. I waited for 30 minutes and I did not get my food. Lots of people waiting for their orders but no workers to be found. The three kids were playing and horsing around in the back. Prepared sandwiches were out in the open waiting for someone to place the patties on them. None of the three kids were wearing masks. Shame on them. This picture is worth a thousand words. I wouldn't eat there. Sorry Casper but not Sorry.

I have no words to explain how bad this place is. I eat outside all the time. Never in my life experienced what i experienced today. 1 hour wait for a simple hot dog, once i received my order the food was cold and hard. Couldnt have a bit. I throw the food in the garbage infront of them and left. Never will i ever, come here again. Beware guys, DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. Waste of time and waste of money. After i had that bit my stomach was hurting so much.
I been waiting for 1 hot dog for 45 min. The bread for the hot dog was old and steal. Could not have a bit of it, i had to throw it in the garbage. They had no drinks at all. I order their fountain drink it was contaminated. Had black mold coming out the fountain drink. Will not come here ever again. Worst customer service ever.
Went there for lunch, we were the first people to order as soon as they opened. However, multiple people came and left with their food and we sat and waited. To a point where it had been over 45 minutes and we had to go back to work. Terrible service, preferential treatment was given to friends of the workers, which is fine but we were told 5 minutes for all 3 different times we asked about the progress of our order. They gave us a refund and gave us the food as well, however the whole order was not ready after having been told they had it done, AND they got the order wrong. All in all, they def lost a couple customers today. I wish the service was better.
