Worst drive thru experience. Rude. Asked for a coupon even though it was a code I provided from the app and when I told them that they literally seemed sad about it. I feel like they spit in my food because I told them I had a code and he had to start the order over
Easy app ordering and pickup. Food was hot and fresh. Napkins and onion ring sauce was in the bag no need to ask.
Review on the Sterling Heights Mi Burger King. Came here months ago and the food was the worst i’ve ever seen a bk. Food was cold hair on my fries and and disgusting sprite that tasted like water and co2.
There was boogers on my fries. I will be calling corporate this place needs to be shut down.
I came inside and bought some of my food with a coupon. And as I was sitting right there in front of them eating my food, one of them talks loudly and says "The only reason people come inside to order is because they have a coupon because they are poor." I found this to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will also be calling the corporate headquarters to make the same complaint. They should probably fire half that staff.
Just had the best whopper and fries I've ever had. Great drive thru employee. Not sure what he makes, but he needs a raise.
The night shift crew members come off loud mouth and not willing to help customers but, instead bash and disrespect them. The next car can hear the staff talking negatively about the customers through the order menu speaker phone. The night staff seem upset about having to assist customers and I believe whom ever it is that was on shift at 10:20pm-11pm on 05/18/22 and working the drive through order speaker headset needs a serious career change because you are clearly in the wrong profession and customer service is NOT your strong suit. I WILL NOT give this location my patronage.
Whoever is answering drive thru needs to be changed STAT. I've worked in fast food. It can be exhausting, I know. But there is no reason he should be interrupting me before I even finish what I'm saying, telling me off about ordering from the passenger seat, and giving me no break between my requests. I believe it's the older gentlemen with the shoulder length white hair but I could be wrong. This is the 2nd time he's acted like this with me and from the other reviews, seems like he's always like that. I would elaborate but I don't think I need to. Either fire him or move him to another area. He's giving us all a headache. I just want a large fries, man.

Rude man at window. I always ask for fries with no salt because typically fries are too salty. Rude guy says we never put salt on our fries. I asked him when did they stop. He didn't have the courtesy to answer me. Glad the female (I believe was a manage) gave me my order because she was nice. Mr jerkface wouldn't even look at me.
