Always a pleasant staff. I've been coming here a bit since hand surgery last week. Staff has been accommodating and very friendly regarding handing me my food order. Pretty sure it's a different staff from 3 yrs ago, but always smiling workers. I've gone to competitors, with not so nice looks. Thank you to staff and management.
Ordered the spicy chi’king sandwich and it was raw, hopefully I don’t get salmonella
Went to Burger King, got my order, was yelled at by the employee, then found I was missing items from my order. Talked to the employee again asking for my items, and he told me I was being charged even after I bought the items. Told him to look at my receipt and the employee got mad at me even more and kept yelling. Someone needs to teach these people how to act or they are going to start losing business.
I bought mozzarella sticks and I was unable to ate it's was just extremely oldEven the whopper burger was oldI don't recommend at all
I had went threw the Drive. I had very hott and fresh french fries and jr chicken sandwich so so good way way better than McDonald's by far!!!
I like Burger King, but I want you guys to not put so much oil in your food it’s making the food very heavy. And it can be cleaner and I went there a couple years ago it had hair in it 3-5 times it deserves a 1.5 out of 5 but since there are no halfs I guess a 2 would work??
The manager is unpolite and super rude! I wish the owners take a seious action against her. Otherwise, next time she will be on the YouTube! Burger King is risking it's name by hiring such people!!
Quick and polite drive thru service (dining area is now open).
I wish I could give this location zero stars. My boyfriend and 2 of his employees ( they do snow removal) ordered 4 whopper Jr w/ cheese. They only got 3 and only 1 had cheese. No big deal. They let the girl know. She told them to go back through the drive thru even tho NOONE was in line. NOT 1 CAR! They went back through,told the girl at the speaker, and went to the window. She gave them 1 whopper Jr no cheese and 3 pieces of cheese in a box. There was no ketchup or mayo on the burgers.. She was extremely rude about it on top of it. She refused to remake or fix the burgers.. They tried to call and speak to a manager and apparently, she is the manager. I will drive the extra mile to go to another establishment before I ever go here again.
Went inside second day in a row. It's nice to be able to go back in. Nobody inside both days. Maybe we all just need to get used to being able to go inside again. It was a little cold both days, and I'm wondering if that's to save money, because no one is coming inside, or if they just got used to leaving the dining cares temperature down because it wasn't needed. A little disappointed that the you pick your drink flavor from lots of options machine was out of a lot of choices, and although they were able to get that for us behind the counter in their vdrink machine, the choices I was looking for were not even know listed. This is all just growing pain issues from being drive thru only for so long I'd bet. This is still a good BK. The food is always hot, and the people are friendly. Kids area closed but that's no surprise by at all.
