Really impressed! Placed our order. Drinks were there in minutes. Our food showed up after one sip of my good Blue Hawaiian. Our house sampler was prepared just the way we like it! Our sauces on the wings were delicious. Server Joe was excellent!
I ordered “Nashville Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich” and this is what I got. Old soggy sandwich. The chicken was not crispy and not covered in the hot sauce. The sauce was just drizzled on and overflowing. The veggies were old and soggy. The bread was soggy. Even the fries(not pictured) were soggy. Just bad quality…
Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. I eat at this chain often, but it was a first time at this location. I loved the ambiance, easy interaction with my waitress and staff, great prompt service and the food. I had cheese curd and teriyaki bone in wings. It was delicious. My Pepsi was promptly refilled.
This location is terrible! They always get our order wrong and lately the veggies have not been fresh and my brothers ordered today and the celery was rotting. They also take forever to make the orders and never get the sauces right!
Their new "burgers" are pretty amazing. Nothing like before. Service is much better as well. The staff is much friendlier.
Ordered spicy garlic wings today, asked for them to have extra sauce,the girl behind the counter swore up and down they were covered in sauce and that she watched them get made, long story short I immediately had my husband drive back and get a replacement because they were so dry. No flavor. Fries were cold. Take out order sucked
My boyfriend and his brother-in-law went to this location this afternoon and it initially was great. The food tasted good and the speed of service was efficient. They enjoyed their food, they both ordered breaded chicken sandwiches, after finishing their meal, both of them felt super sick to the stomach and my boyfriends brother-in-law actually ended up throwing up. I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what but they plan on never stepping foot in that establishment again.
I NEVER leave reviews when I am unsatisfied with somewhere only because I understand sometimes accidents happen. Unfortunately, after almost 10 times of having a problem with only THIS location of Buffalo Wild Wings I cannot help but warn people about this place. I can’t even say almost every time because it is EVERY time we order a carryout from this location is it ALWAYS wrong, from forgetting an entire 20 piece of wings to forgetting my food TWICE as I had to go back and exchange what I was originally given which was the complete wrong order. Tonight, we thought to give this location a try once again…not sure why tho.. I ordered the sampler platter and they were out of onion rings which is not a big deal and probably wouldn’t be that serious to me if it wouldn’t have been this exact location but the only thing the manager would substitute it for was their French fries. Now I don’t know if anyone else does this but I ALWAYS throw away their fries, and the onion rings are delish! So instead, I ask for maybe a few extra cheese sticks or maybe cheese curds but am told the manager will not allow that. Now, I have worked in restaurants before, someone messed up on making the order that week and the last I checked you usually try to keep a paying and super LOYAL (even after all the mishaps) customer happy especially when your accommodating for something the establishment is out of. I definitely learned my lesson tonight with this location and will be taking my business to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Livernois because fortunately I have NEVER had a problem with that location. Good luck to this one though, maybe some extended training is needed there!
Great food as usual. Waiter even advised us to get our orders in quick so we could take advantage of happy hour, couldn't appreciate that enough. Definitely my favorite B-Dubs around.
