Service was a little slow possibly due to lack of servers. Food was great, sat outside so noisy due to Hall Rd traffic....no fault of the restaurant.
Reservation was delayed. Service was slow. The food was good.
Was there for over 2 hours. Food was burnt and cold. After we finally ordered dessert, it took over 30 min just to get that, as well. One of the desserts were also burnt. Then the waitress tried to charge us $10 for something we didnât even order. Overall horrible experience.
Unfortunately, BJâs is having staff issues along with everyone else at this. We waited almost 30 minutes for appetizerâs. When our entrees came out mine was refrigeration cold. I sent it back and had to wait along time while my husband finished his meal. We ordered the signature dessert and it was obvious the cooking staff was over worked and the demand was too much. Everything Arrived to the table thrown together and pitiful. Our waitress was very nice however; she acted as if the food should be the temperature and made a comment upon delivery of my remade plateâ¦I saw this come straight from the pan to the chef and to me. Ok, I wasnât going to say anything else âwhen people bring your foodâ you should always be kindâ¦you just never know what can happen if you know what I mean. Until BJâs or people decide to go back to workâ¦I may be going to the grocery store more often. Itâs just a let down considering gas and other factors these days. It use to be a treat to eat outâ¦.I felt like a was in the slop line sliding my tray down a metal buffet. Not important.
Food was very good but the service was VERY slow. Both the manager and the waitress came over and apologized for our wait because it was that long.

Cold food. Bad service. Out of certain foods. Got food taken off the bill and left with only paying for drinks.
I made reservations for my daughters birthday for 7:15. We checked in but werenât seated until 7:45. I was told the manger was coming out to speak to me and I never saw anyone. It was two guys who were checking people in and they didnât seem to know what they were doing as they were all over the place. Our server however was very nice and attentive. This was our first time there so she answered our questions and even gave us suggestions on what was good to eat and drink. 1 of the people in my party did not enjoy any of their drinks that were prepared. We asked for a frozen margarita and it was just frothy and not frozen but cold, the sex on the beach tasted like Hawaiian Punch. The food came out quickly and was ok. Will I ever come back, that Iâm not sure of.
The menu is fantastic. Options for vegetarians and people on a gluten-sensitive diet. Great kids menu for families. Service was very good. Our server did a great job.
The service at the bar was awful! And It took a very long time to get our food, which was marginal at best. This was my first time at this restaurant and location. I will never go back.
