Ordered a double scoop in a cup. Price displayed at ordering speaker was $4.99. Receipt said $5.59 before tax. Went in and told the lady, she said they were not going to change the advertised price. Got overcharged 60 cents. Dishonest people!
It was okay. Their sign is damaged to the point were its in readable through the drive through. We asked what flavors of ice cream they had since we couldn't read and were told to look it up online. We ended up having to pull off and come back around once we looked to not be rude other guest behind us in the drive through. I've come very early in the morning for coffee (5 am) and their is usually just one gentleman working who is very considerate.
Ordered a Reese's layered sundae in the drive through. They gave us Reese's ice cream with Butterfinger on top. When I told him that it was not what we ordered, he argued with us. Saying that it was just a different cup. Extremely rude. Will not return.
If I could, I’d give them zero stars. I took my sons here after a doctors appointment. The people taking your order are rude and are very impatient. Second, the guy gave me only half my change back after I paid. I politely pointed out his mistake and yet he insisted he was right. I asked him for the receipt that he’d promptly thrown in the trash before giving me my change. I was so frustrated and angry (although I didn’t let on how I felt -(although now I wish I would’ve) I just gave up as it was less than a dollar. The ice cream was ok but we had ice cream sundaes and he gave me one giant scoop and two tiny ones of the other flavor and there was barely any hot fudge. I have come here before and sworn I wouldn’t return but today it was conveniently located but I’m never giving these people another dime of my money. I should also mention that it’s dirty in there. Truly not a place I ever want to patronize again.
It says that it's 24 hour but we get there and it's closed. They should update the online hours if they don't want to keep it open
Ordered ice cream here and when I received my order I didn't get a thing that I asked for. Completely messed my order up. Never going here again.

Terrible BR location. I asked for 1 scoop ice cream sundae with hot fudge and Oreos. And he said there was no hot fudge so asked if I want chocolate instead which I thought he meant just plain chocolate syrup but he gave me a half a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Then my boyfriend ordered a strawberry milkshake and they gave him pretty much vanilla milk with crushed strawberry in it. I And that costed 10$! Such a disappointment. Waste of gas and money.
