Food is good but only drive thru is available. Shakes are awesome.
Stopped in to try the New Waygu Burger,Taste was excellent but I wonder y you have to Ruin the burger with all that sauce,My bread was soggy I mean come on what's the point if it's a good burger you don't need all that sauce,I had sauce on every finger and I ate it with a fork figure that one out,on my pants the table and the floor ? And don't get me started on the fact don't resemble the commercial..So I suggest if you order get light sauce You've been warned ?

I had no problem at this location. I thought I'd be waiting for an order as the two vehicles in front of me got parked. I did not wait was in and gon super fast.
Whats to say. Its Arby's. These are really hard to review as they are frequently the same. The staff was nice. Service was quick and the food was good. If you are in the area and have Arby's on the nrain stop by im sure the folks will be happy to help you.
The Plumbrook Arby's has a great staff! Always great service, super friendly and professional. Tracey is all smiles and so incredibly helpful. Nick has a great attitude and triple checks that everything is correct. Very enjoyable to visit after a long day at work and see smiling people who obviously love their jobs. Keep up the great work!
Nothing like a 10 minute wait for 2 sliders. 3 vehicles all parked around the place so they can keep the drive thru timer low. What a load of garbage. Will never visit this location again for sure.
I purchased 2 fish sandwiches. I didn’t check my bag until I got home. The fish was a thin piece of chewy crust. Worst fish sandwich I ever had from any fast food restaurant.
I love the employees who work at the Arby's Plumbrook location in Sterling Heights. They are very customer oriented, prompt, and friendly. I live closer to another Arby's, but frequent the Plumbrook location for this reason along with their food is fresh, and they never mess up my order. Thank you for the great service and excellent food.
Staff was rude and in fact the manager got very upset with me. Also my food was cold but I didn't go back because I didn't want to be yelled at again and I was afraid they would fo something to my food.
