I got charged for a $15.11 order.My card had $16.11But my card got declined TWICE. And each time it got declined it charged me .50When I looked at my transaction history to see why it was declined, she was charging me for an $18.13 order.Now I'm short a dollar for the declines, and the manager insisted that the $3.02 was probably a bank fee for using my card. IVE NEVER HAD A BANK FEE FOR MORE THAN MY EXACT PURCHASE ANYWHERE ELSE.Seems shady, I'm not going back.
I will never go there again. Very rude service. I go in there and order a tubby's famous with no onions and want yellow peppers. The kid gives me the receipt and it says steak and cheese with peppers. I tell him that's not my receipt that's not what I ordered. And he's going to argue with me back and forth saying that's what I said. I said I swear to God that's not what I ordered. And told him just to get my money back and I'll go someplace else. I'm not going to have some young punk argue with me telling me what I ordered when it wasn't what I ordered.
So I gave tubbys another shot. Very poor management, subs have went downhill since they are mostly bread with little amount of meat & veggies. Staff stops answering the phone 45 mins before closing. I will not be returning to this location.
The last five times I went to this one they have either messed up my order, misplaced my order, and now they stopped delivering. The one in Roseville is way better.
The food is good. They need to offer coupons the prices are outrageous!

Kinda greasy but damn it's good. Had heart attack 3 years ago 1st tubbys since. Am on low sodium diet 1200mg a day.My 12 in jumbo was over 3000mg. Was my cheat day. 1 day a month I go out and have what I want. Drank over gallon of water next day to flush system. It was good.
WAY more expensive than other stores, MUCH smaller buns, employees lied when questioned about whether ranch was in bag. Unfriendly. Really everything you don't want. ??
So good! Needed food fast to feed unexpected company. Tubby's delivered deliciously! ?
I've been a customer of this (the original location) since 1972. My order is always. correct and fresh. Service was good.
