My girlfriend and I went here for breakfast (7/13/22) and when she only ordered one Avocado toast, they gave her two. It seemed like they had taken the second one off at the order window, but when we got to paying they didn’t even take off the second toast. The lady was sitting there in silence for 30 seconds and apparently just tried to play it off like it worked (I’m guessing). They took 5 minutes to make a single piece of toast with avocado (they forgot to make the second one even though it was on the order) and when we got it it looked like this. Is Tim hortons the bottom of the barrel with workers?
I love this location the cashier's are always super friendly and their drinks always are the bomb
This location use to be my favorite...however was in there on 7-11-22 got a dozen donuts and most were stale (wasn't the first time wanted to retry) that was a big fail....wasn't worth the gas money to bring them back to go somewhere else we just will never be back...not to mention...bunch of ppl standing around and the lady that rang us out didn't say 2 words...just stared at me then after I ordered turned her back...wait she did she told us to go see someone else 2 pick our donuts we wanted...awful customer serviceWith all the bad reviews I just read you think corporate would step in
I asked for a croissant bacon and cheese sandwich and they were out of croissants so I asked for a bagel instead and they gave me a dry biscuit breakfast sandwich
Worst Tim Hortons around. There coffee tastes burnt and there food is disgusting. The last 2 times I went there my card "declined" so they have to run it a second time. On both occasions my card was double charged. When mentioning it to the drive thru women she stated it takes a while to refund. Neither transaction was ever refunded.
Today is April 10th and I pulls up in Tim’s and go thru the drive thru just to greeted with and RUDE ASS employees you have at your store. First of all waiting in drive thru line for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to greet me and take my order I. Finally I got irritated and spoke loud and said Hello? This African American Rude Ass unprofessional gurl response back very rudely “ I said Hello, when she didn’t I had to say something first so I can get my order made . So finally I wasn’t going to continue to go back and forwards with her , so I asked for the manager she again got smart with me and stalled before she rudely sent the so called manager to the intercom. The so called manager was rude also and shouldn’t be a manager Anywhere!!! The So called manager didn’t try to make the situation better she just Excused her BAD wrong behavior instead of just Apologizing for her behavior!! What kills me is that people that work at fast food chains screaming they want $15.00 a hr but they don’t deserve $2.00 a hr they way they talk and treat Customers , the very most important thing that is the glue to your business. It’s A shame if it wasn’t for ppl like me in the drive thru or in store they wouldn’t have a job !! Just awful!! I will not be returning to your store!!
This place always messes up my order. I leave a tip ahead of time. In my past 5 visits they forgot something in my order once which really isn’t complicated. I get a wrap, bagel with cream cheese and a drink. One time they forgot my bagel and I didn’t drive back. Thought everyone makes mistakes. 2 times ago they forgot my orange juice and I drove back and waited in line a second time. Today I was on a business call and had to go back bc they forgot the cream cheese. Timmy’s stopped putting cream cheese on which should simply things but they forgot that today.When I drove back I was mid morning meeting on a conference call and fed up with having to come back and told them I needed the cream cheese. The woman who packed my bag told me it was on the bottom of my bag. I dumped the bag out in front of her. It wasn’t. No apology.If you want to wait in a long line twice on a regular basis and if you want to be told You’re wrong when you’re right … go here. Otherwise … there are a lot of other Tim Hortons
I was told someone had paid for my order, and did I want to pay for the order behind me. ( never understood the point of these, it's not helpful unless someone is paying for their order and yours) I asked what the price was as I have to make sure something is affordable before I'm able to pay. I was told the order was 2 dollars and some odd cents. My card was charged almost 12 dollars that day. I also heard the lady talking about me as I was starting to pull away. I'll be contacting corporate.
Quality control could use some work. I’m not here excepting perfection but this is ridiculous.
