Ordered a hot large latte for my mom. Was told to pull around and they would bring out to me. They never did. I don’t have time to waste on these punks.

The drive-thru move quickly and efficiently. The ice cap machine wasn't working but it was able to get everything else that I needed quickly. Staff was very kind

Hands down, the best Tim's. I stop at quite a few. In the beginning they were just alright, but lately, they have been spot on and POLITE!!!

Generally very rude. Given cold and stale coffee multiple times when I ordered a latte. Have gotten sick from this. Seven eleven is somehow better now. That's a bad look.

Shouldn't even give 1 star... Service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Workers are RUDE AND VERT DISRESPECTFUL!!! REFUSED to make a sandwich and then shut the window and was cursing and laughing about it. Always terrible service!!!!

Order a hot coffee? Nice and cold. Literally handed me a cold cup of what was a plain cup of coffee. Not ideal when getting on the road and needing caffeine for a road trip. Definitely do not recommend this Tim Hortons.

I ordered a breakfast meal, a muffin, and a couple apple juices. The woman looks in my bag halfheartedly and hands it to me. I get home. No muffin. And no receipt. What happened to this place? It used to be so spot on.

I go to Tim Hortons for breakfast almost every day. The last few times i went to this location my food was burned and my French vanilla was half full and almost completely water. This morning I went and asked if they could just check the machine was working properly before giving me the coffee. She said OUR MACHINE MIXES IT THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. I said 'okay, please cancel my order" Since the drive through is closed in I wasn't able to leave so when I got to the window I asked for the coporate window and for the name of the woman who took the order. She came to the window and said she couldn't give me the corporate number and I have to look online,. She also stated she didn't know who I spoke to. I asked her if she was the one who rudely stated she couldn't do anything about whether the machine gives me hot water or coffee, she said yes. I asked for her name again and she told me Sara. Sara has no professionalism and is rude almost everytime I've ordered with her, but this was my first time complaining mainly because I pay for an Extra Large Coffee that is hot water and half full. I drove a mile or two to go to the Tim Hortons at 13 and Schoenherr and was given much better service. Sara is not a good representative of Tim Hortons.

My wife was disappointed in her coffee. Was very watered down and did not taste like the one she ordered day before
