Pulled up at 1:45 a.m. Sign says in big letters "Open til 2 a.m. or later!" Then why did the lady on the speaker say "We're not taking any orders" I work retail....this is inexcusable...if they are that lazy that they can not take orders they should find a new job and I will do theirs for them!
Messed up my order 3x, very stingy on the cheese, and the cheese tastes off. Worse than 9 mile taco bell, but better than 10 and Gratiot. Use to be best in the area but they're messing up bad lately.
Terrible. Will never go back to this location. The grill was down, could live with that. Then advised the button on the register didn't work for the breakfast box. Was advised to get a #11 which not only costed more came with less than the box offered. For my drink I ordered coffee and was told they were out of creamer. Pull up pay for my order, then was asked to pull back behind their timer while they brewed my coffee??? Who doesn't have coffee ready for breakfast?? Then they had other customers pull around me to get their orders and a F150 almost took my mirror off. Never Again!!
The app was confusing at first. They don't start your order that you entered online until you get to the speaker. It makes sense now that I think of it. It eliminates the hassle of giving your entire order while waiting in line. Kind of cool, really.
11:45am memorial day. Doors are locked but ppl still eating inside. Ill never go here ever again. Pull up your big boy pants taco bell. Covid was 3 yrs ago.

Went inside building to place order, nobody would wait on me. I stood there for 5 minutes with another customer and workers were walking by and ignoring us. I will never patronize this Taco Bell again..
Very Friendly Staff, restaurant being updated so service was a lil delayed. Overall, food was pretty good and they made sure my order was RIGHT. Thank you so much?
Love Taco Bell. I'm so hungry right now and I got some fresh food at 1:50 in the morning which is probably the first time that's happened since the pandemic. Friendly staff and very prompt. Food was perfect. Thanks for the service
45 min wait in drive through got my order wrong by giving me someone else's order. I go back another 15 min wait in drive through got my order and it's wrong again. Didn't try a third round disappointing service even for fast food.
