One of the best Taco ? Bells....if not the best out there. Line moves quick even though they are busy a lot, but they are busy a lot because the food is fixed better than sooo many other taco bells. The taco's aren't deflated and empty and the power bowls are fresh and full.
Service is awful, waited roughly 10 minutes in line, once at "speaker" I waited and waited. No one answered, pulled up to window and was told that I they can't take orders at the window. I told him I already waited at the speaker but nobody answered. I was told I would have to pull around and then go back to the speaker. Told the girl at the window I was leaving, what response was have a nice night.
Food was great even with them only having a few crew members working, they handle drive-thru, walks-ins, Door Dash orders very well under all the pressure they had to endure that day they should be rewarded.
Dasher here. Was in drive thru for 25 mins. Because there door was lockedThey said they were short handed. I wanted to order something for us and they insisted one order per car. So no food for us. If they were so short handed then the girl at the window shouldn't talk with customer and say jokes so much
I got breakfast yesterday morning here and the girl who was working was so polite and lovely! Totally made my day. I asked her name and I plan to be back for more pleasant experiences. Thank you Erica ?
Taco Bell has hit its bottom and is no longer an experience I want to relate to ... lines take forever and service is shotty at best... not even authentic get rid of the mask and start making authentic meals and represent an authentic experience.
The food was delicious! They are quick and courteous. The parking is a little close for large vehicles, especially across from the pick up window. If you have to wait for your order, be prepared to do some fancy maneuvering in order to leave if other drivers at the pick up window refuse to move.
This used to be hands down the best location, particularly in regards to consistently accurate orders. But over the last couple of months, there's been something wrong with or missing from the last half dozen orders at least. All of a sudden every recent drive thru app pick-up order is missing either sides of sauce, cheese for chips/nacho fries, or ingredients (generally sauces, but tonight it was both tortilla strips missing from one burrito, then both sauces missing from the other). Each incident I've brushed off and haven't necessarily consider it enough to justify driving back to retrieve the missing/incorrect item(s) on each individual occasion, but certainly enough to obliterate the enjoyability of any afflicted items. Now that this seems to be commonplace I'm just fed up.
The drive thru person last night was sooo dam rude. She opened the window, handed me my pop and took my card. She then handed my card back, handed me my bag and closed the window. Never said a word or even looked in my direction. Only gave a star because the food was decent. There was only 1 other car in the drive thru and no one in the lobby!
My favorite Taco Bell! Always great service, fast and efficient, excellent food every time.
