I really had a great experience at this Subway. I got takeout for my family and everyone loved the subs and wraps. Everything was fresh. All my sandwiches were beautiful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back! We live near a different Subway that is close to us but that one is very disappointing. I am willing to go out of my way to go to this Subway! Thank you!
Service was so nice, friendly and patient. I had 2 specific orders from 2 different people...and the sandwhich artists were so helpful in every step of the way....Thanks, I will be back!!
Employee itch her head then didn’t wash her hands or changed her gloves. Then charged me 2 times for my order
I got some chocolate chip cookies and some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. All cookies were soft and exceptional. I think Subway is probably the best place besides Meijer that you can get soft cookies and they taste good. This is unfortunate because there are many other places that the value of cookies should be apologies, my husband I are cookie fans so yeah we end up traveling about 5 or so miles to get these cookies.
This place is horrible. This is the third time I have been there in as many weeks. Each time the only type of bread they had was wheat. The sign and internet indicate that they are open at 9, the first time I stopped in they were opening the door at 10:30, the second time it was noon and they were open, and today I showed up at 10 am and no one was there,. About 5 minutes later a minivan sped in and two women jumped out and opened the store. I asked the young lady if they opened at 9 and she ignored me, I asked the second young young lady who was working behind the counter and she said they had "problems" and asked me why I waited when I saw no none in the store.....I waited because YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 9AM!!!! Once again they only bread available was wheat, until the gentlemen behind me asked what type of bread they had and was told wheat and Italian herb and cheese with no cheese. They "toasted" my sub with another gentlemen's, neither one was completely toasted. I was asked if I would like it toasted more and I indicated a FEW more seconds would be nice, 20 seconds later the sub was overcooked. The sub itself was horrible!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars!!!!
Food was okay. Workers wore gloves.Workers had a nasty attitude and were very rude. Honestly wouldn’t waste your money nor time here it’s not worth it.Also you can’t even understand the staff because they don’t know how to raise their voice and speak. Going to another location from now on.
Hands down worst subway around. They put so much sauce on my sub it was inedible. The bread was, no joke, dissolved in the dressing there was so much ... Also wasn't toasted even tho that wouldn't matter being the state it was in.
Your new manager is awesome I love her energy and pace this is the what I love to see and she was by herself keep up the good work Erica I love how clean the place is 2 months ago it was nasty in there I just wanted to see what the new place looked like it’s very nice great management
I think her name was Emma... Wonderful girl and her coworker too! They made 5 footlongs for us and everything was perfect !! We went to the 9 mile location and they told us no they won't make it. These girls were amazing about it. Great service thank you ladies.
The store was very clean and organized. Ashely was very conscientious of cross-contamination and make sure her gloves were clean and made me the best sandwich!
