This was such a fun restaurant! My kid had a cultural experience that has changed her life. She is home eating her Ramon noodles with chop sticks now! The food was delicious, a little under seasoned but that might be my culture coming out. ?
Food was amazing. Our chef barely spokentonusbother than to conform our orders. Watched other tables have a great experience with lots of laughter. Asked them to acknowledge ourbson's birthday and he didn't. He ignored another couples request as well. The ladies room was less than desirable too. Needed a good deep cleaning. Disappointed by the overall experience.
Don't expect to get what you order if you're going off their online menu. I ordered straight from their website and received something completely different, spoke with the child/teen manager and her response is "there's nothing we can do". I understand why this place is a 3-star on TripAdvisor. Save your money and try the other local sushi places (Blufin is great).
I ordered online and got my text confirmation. The person who went to check on the order never came back. I wait for 10 minutes before someone else said they would go check. Almost another 10 minutes later I still didn't see either person come back out so I left. They have good food but don't order online.
Very expensive and food was mediocre. Food was extremely bland. The cook was not enthusiastic. He was actually very bored. The waitress was moving fast and appeared to always be in a rush even though the place was empty. She wasn't welcoming nor was she a good listener.
Food was good thankfully but that's the only thing that was. People come here to enjoy dinner and a delightful little show, but the cooks seem to have lost all desire to entertain you. Our table was met with a very unhappy chef who just didn't seem to care about anything. He was rather blunt and even kind of rude at times. He seemed to get upset when people asked for sauces which were suppose to come with the meal. Almost felt like he didn't even want to dish them out. It was just a depressing experience. And it wasn't just our chef, other nearby tables seemed to be getting the same monotoned attitude. Prices got raised which is understandable during this time But they could of at least acted like they still appreciated their customers
After a long day of cleaning out someone's house, this was a surprise treat that I wasn't expecting but I definitely needed. When I arrived, I questioned one of the waitress on the most popular sushi so I could avoid making any bad decisions. The Red Wing and The Cosmos were excellent choices and recommend them if you like your sushi with a kick of heat. The food (I ordered the Shogun which had chicken, shrimp, and sirloin) was amazing. You really can't go wrong with an hibachi restaurant. I'm not much of a drinker so I can't advise there but overall, money well spent. I will definitely be returning.
The show was very good as usual. The food was tasty. I have been to the Shogun on Hall Road and I think it is a little bit better than this one. I asked for extra vegetables instead of rice. It didn't look like I had twice the amount of vegetables.
Excellent sushi and pad Thai! Ordered by app, and picked up the food twenty minutes later. Portion size on the pad Thai was insane, it was huge! Sushi was fresh and excellent. (I got actual sushi with raw fish, saw some reviews where people had issues with what I would consider "odd" sushi rolls) excellent service and price for the quality of food. Will definitely be ordering again!
The food was horrible. It was over saturated with butter and no flavor. The salmon looked to be farm raised. I was nervous to ask, so I didn’t. The prices did not match the quality of food, and there was definitely no show to see. I will definitely not return. I do not know how this place have been able to sustain decent reviews.
